I had always wanted to visit the Dalmatian coast and the sailing experience gave us access to places that would have been harder to reach by land. I was blown away by the beauty of Dubrovnik, Korcula and Split, the food and Croatian wines (which I had never tasted before) and the blend of culture, physical activity and restaurant experiences the program offered.

My week of sailing from Dubrovnik to Split with G Adventures was truly one of the best and most unforgettable experiences of my life. What started as a journey with complete strangers quickly turned into a trip shared with new friends. Our skipper and CEO, Luka, was exceptional - being a local, he shared deep knowledge of the area and ensured we experienced Croatia in the most authentic way possible. He was friendly, flexible, and thoughtful, always offering options that suited our group’s preferences without any pressure. The sailboat itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect floating home. Celebrating my birthday during the trip was a beautiful surprise. Luka organized a special dinner and even brought cakes for the whole group, creating a moment I’ll never forget. This small group sailing adventure was the ideal way to explore Croatia’s islands, indulge in local cuisine and wine, and connect with both the culture and people. I couldn’t have asked for a more memorable journey.
