Oz Intro

Got the 10 day trip to Australia and my words it was the best holiday I ever got. The communication was clear and if I had a problem like with finding the transfer bus to the hostel INTRO directly helped me and was available 24/7. First I start with the hostels. The hostels were better than expected. In Byron Bay, Gold Coast and Brisbane we even got a private bathroom and toilet. All locations were near or in the city centre and were clean. The hostels had bars and clubs near them were you could get discount and free drinks if you stayed at the hostels with was super nice. On top of that the hostels organized activities every day and the reception even had a pool table. My group leader was Erin and she was very nice. She knows a lot of Australia and helped me with everything. She was very active and joined us when going out. Probs to her for making the trip even better. My group was amazing! Everybody was so nice and we had a lot of good talks and a good time. The transfers to the hostels where perfect. The bus drivers were very helpful and nice. I would like to thank the Sydney airport taxi, he stayed friendly although it was late in the evening. The bus rides were decent enough for me. I would surely go on travel with INTRO another time!

16 november 2024 i did a 10 day Oz east travel tour with intro travel. It th first time i travelled with this Company. Honestly i did not expect much but when th trip started when th group team leader ( Keira ) arrived and started th info on th tour for th 10 and 28 days everything started comming to it place. Keira did her very best to Bring us all together, orgenized games , shared her Knowlage of th country,etc .. really appreciated it! In th 10 day package of th trip we mostly stayed in hostels . I don;t mind hostels , for me im a social person , got along with everyone very quickly. Made friends for life aswell! Besides that intro travels orgenizes good travel plans , th one thing intro did perfectly was hiring a shuttle from th airport to th hostel ! Loved this service!!! I never travelled outside europe , was even kinda scared to get lost but this idea of intro made me feel secure . Th leader Keira gave th same secure vibe and somewhere near my end of th trip i kinda got to meet Paula for 2 days , she was also amazing like Keira was ! I can safely say that intro chooses there group leaders very Well and not everyone can do this job unless they are smart , social ,.... In my opinion intro travel has fair prices , Good travel packages and is very Well orgenized ! During my trip i even booked my next open booked trip to Thailand because a fallow travel mate recommanded it and Keira aswell . And i booked another 2 open date booking with intro during there 20th bday ! Im happy with th discount and Being able to pay my travels on my own terms slowly and surely . Overall intro is awesome! Im very Fortunate to have discovered this Company, made life long friends AND made priceless memory ! Cheers intro and thank you so so much ! ¸

My friend and I did the 10 day Sydney to Brisbane tour and lovvvvved it! It was an all girls group led by the best tour guide leader Ive ever met, FAYE she made us feel welcome immediately, Id love to do a tour with her again, she was super friendly, well informed about the tour, made everyone feel comfortable and included, and made the trip so much fun even when we were dying from the Australian heat. The places we went were beautiful and really enjoyed the activities we did, especially the ones we did all together. I personally loved trying out surfing, and the sunrise walk to the lighthouse in Byron bay! Super memorable trip with lovely people¸ highly recommend this tour especially with Faye, shes my fave!!!

Finished the 10 day tour from Sydney to Brisbane. Had an amazing time, it was a great beginning of my year in Oz. Our tour guide Faye was amazing and wouldnt of been the same without her ¸¸

I have just finished the Sydney to Brisbane Oz Intro tour with Faye as our group leader. I joined this trip as a relatively nervous solo traveller and felt included from Day 1. I loved it! Faye was really friendly and made sure that we got chance to experience the best of what each location had to offer. She made it a memorable experience for everyone and is an asset to Intro. Thank you to Intro Travel and Faye for an unforgettable trip. My highlights were kayaking with dolphins (optional extra) and jet boating. Would highly recommend this tour and Intro Travel.

Went on the OZ Intro tour December 2024 and had a great time! Jet boating and kayaking were my favs, especially seeing the dolphins. Faye was an awesome group leader, always kept us informed of what was happening, answered questions and brought us all together! Highly recommend.

Just finished the 10- Day Oz Trip and absolutely loved it! Faye was the best groupleader. I had an amazing time. I would really recommend travelling with intro and will definately be using them again soon

I just completed 10 days, Sydney to Brisbane with Paula as a tour leader and she made it unforgettable! Very down to earth, great recommendations at every stop and always a smile on her lips. I wish that we had more time together! I would 100% do it again and cant recommend it enough! 10/10 stars!! ­¸ I will definitely use Intro Travel again in the future!

Such a warm and friendly individual who made sure everyone was included. Paula was extremely knowledgable about the areas we visited and gave personal recommendations for things to do on our free time. 10/10 Would recommend the tour to anyone.

Halfway into the Intro Aus tour and having an incredible time - Paula was the ultimate tour guide, perfect mix of enthusiasm & information combined with a very authentic and laid back approach to the group. Never felt like we were being babied or bossed around but were always at the right place at the right time, somehow engaging in all the activities despite the hangovers. Would recommend the tour to anyone.

Paula was a great group leader for our first 10 days for the Australia Tour. She constantly kept us up to date & entertained also answering any questions. Paula has truly made the first 10 days memorable & created an amazing experience! The tour itself is fantastic for experiencing so much in such a short amount of time, as well as making friends!

Just completed 10 day Australia East Coast tour, Shannon was our leader and she was absoloutely fabulous. Such an easy and fun 10 days. Love that someone is there to help you with any plans etc.

Went on the Oz ten day trip with Shannon and had the absolute best time, I could not fault the trip whatsoever! I could not recommend a better tour leader or group. Hello I just completed my 10 days intro - Australia tour (Sydney to Brisbane). I just wanted to say how excellent and amazing my tour guide was Paula Kallinen. Her amazing spirit made my tour.

I had the best experience through Intro Travel on my 10 day Sydney - Brisbane tour. Ive been with an amazing group and one hell of a group leader! Val is very kind, patient and so fun to travel with. She is part of the group, like a friend, but also knows how to lead the group and get everyone to the next location safely. She was available no matter what you needed, tried to help wherever she could and made sure to have everyone included during the tour. I will be joining the 28 day group again for Magnetic Island and in Cairns and I am thrilled to see everyone Will definitely be doing a tour by Intro Travel again! And hopefully Val will be on that one as well!

Would highly reccomend this tour for anyone new and even returning people to Australia. We had Paula as our leader for our first 10 days of the tour from Sydney to Brisbane & she was phenomenal. She constantly kept us up to date with what was going on day to day. She always checked in on us individually as to how we was doing, and as a group kept us busy and entertained. On days where rain may have ruined the day, Paula always had a backup plan so the day wasnt wasted. As somewhat of a nervous traveller, I felt incredibly comfortable, fulfilled and entertained on this tour. Highly recommended.

I have travelled from Sydney to Brisbane with Paula who was a fantastic group leader! I would highly recommend the trip to anyone who wants to experience Australia to the fullest. Paula made the group feel like a big family rather than a group of strangers traveling together and ensured that we all got to experience everything possible and encouraged us to come out of our comfort zones and try everything that was to offer.

Would 100% recommend Intro Travel . I did the 10 day oz intro from Sydney to Brisbane and it was great . My tour leader was Val , who was a great laugh and was very organised as well as helping sort out anything I needed after the tour ended. Would definitely do an intro travel again . I would recommend people do the 28 day trip as the 10 days flies by so fast and you want to stay with the great people that you meet

I really enjoyed travelling from Sydney to Brisbane with Intro Travel. Val made the trip so special and fun. I feel more confident to start my new chapter working in Australia as Val has given me lots of guidance and support. My favourite activities were the surfing and the Bryon Bay lighthouse walk. Will definitely be booking another tour with Intro Travel :)

Just completed the oz intro 10 day tour and it was one of the best weeks ever! We had Kieran and aoife as our tour guides and they were absolute outstanding, constantly going above and beyond for us. They helped us with our onward travels which was no stress at all, they were very informative with how working visa works, Medicare forms, tax numbers etc (things I just wouldnt have known if I didnt do the tour). Everything was explained so well and they made sure we were always having the best time. The activities were great but also liked how we had free time too. Port Stephens js such a highlight to the trip too as its nice to get out of the city. Genuinely had such a good time. Couldnt have asked for better tour leaders to be honest (although kieran may need to practise his dance moves‰)

Had a brilliant week with the oz intro in Sydney, great group leaders who help with your travel plans for after! Loved the boat trip and learning to surf, would definitely recommend going on a group tour if your coming to Australia

Had a great week doing Oz Intro. An amazing introduction to Sydney and such great activities and group leader, Tom. I loved doing the sand boarding and surfing in particular at Port Stephens and enjoyed a sunrise on the beach too!

I have just completed the Intro Oz Sydney Tour. It was a fantastic, well organised week. The highlight was cruising round Sydney harbour on the boat tour with a BBQ and new friends :)

I undertook the Sydney Intro 8 day tour and was an unbelievable experience. Not only did we take part in loads of activities but Tom our group leader was very helpful with everything we needed to know about travelling and working in Australia.

Did the 7 day working holiday tour in australia with Tom. Was a great week even though weather wasnt the best. Would definitely recommend to anyone starting in Australia, lots of help is given for going off on your own.

I have just finished the most amazing week at intro travel Sydney; with the best tour leader Bonnie!! This tour was absolutely amazing from doing different activities everyday , the amazing people who I met ; not to mention the amount of support that you have from the tour leaders! It was a 8 day tour which included activities such as, a boat party, a number of eventful nights out, a night away to the amazing port stephens where you learn to surf ; go sand boarding! There are so many amazing walks and stunning views to see; which i probably wouldnt even known about if it wasnt for Bonnie. Honestly such a good value for money and such a good way to start my travels in Australia! Shout out to Bonnie, you are fantastic! Keep being you!!! Wish you all the best for your future tours ¸

words cant describe how incredible this trip was! i did Oz adventure as a holiday to get away and honestly i wish i could have stayed forever! I felt so welcome from the start with an airport pick up from Tom and Freya. Ive got to say i have fallen in love with australia and will be back to see all my new friends (we basically became a little family ). Port Stephens was just insane! it was a very busy weekend but i wouldnt change it for the world, im so glad i could be involved in it all! ive made friends for life, especially in freya my group leader, she was so welcoming and warm and i felt like i could talk to her about anything! I cant wait to go back!

Ive just finished the 7 day Sydney trip with Freya as our group leader and overall it was amazing! Ive done so many activities that I would never have been able to book myself. Port Stephens was definitely my highlight of the overall trip as it was just action packed from start to finish and something I never thought Id actually enjoy. As a leader Freya made me feel very welcome and she hugely impacted the positive atmosphere, was also very organised with our activities and has hugely helped me after the trip, since Im travelling the east coast. Definitely the best experience to start my Australian trip and would recommend this to anyone!

Fantastic experience being able to take part in activities as well as view amazing scenery. Staff were excellent in providing a efficient service and helped plan my route up the east coast in Australia!

When I first moved to Australia, I had Oz Intro suggested to me by a friend and it was the best thing I did! They helped me with my bank account, with a Medicare card, SIM card, helped me find farm work/a job, showed us around the city, did some great activities and I made friends that I stuck with for my while time in Sydney and am still friends with now! I loved the tour/group so much... that I did it again the following year when my friend came out to Australia! It was such good fun and Ive made friends and connections for life! Would 100% recommend!
