I just finished my Oz 28 day Intro tour and feel like I had the best start to my Australia travels. We were brought to the most amazing locations along the east coast and experienced some once in a lifetime moments that I will never forget. I can attribute this amazing trip to our group leader Gigi as she was so passionate about her job and Australia. She was helpful and supportive making the trip stress free and fun, especially with her many fun facts. I’m on a working holiday visa, both Gigi and Faye talked me through many helpful tips and set us up for future job seeking. I would definitely recommend this trip for anyone coming to Australia solo for a holiday or working holiday.

I have just been on the Oz east coast 28 days trip and had the best time.. It was my first solo trip and intro travel made it so stress free. Especially with the support of our group leader Gigi. She had so much enthusiasm and passion for ensuring we all had the best experience. I have met so many amazing friends through this trip from all over the world that I will keep in touch with for a long time. The things you get to experience are once in a lifetime and I am so lucky to have made so many incredible memories with my east coast family.

Intro Travel, for a first experience on the Oz East Coast Tour was everything and more. The 28 days was a fun filled experience that kept myself, and everyone in the group engaged, informed and allowed us all to experience Australia in a unique and fun way. A special mention to our group leader, Gigi Saraf who with her enthusiasm, friendly, dedicated support and good heart, made the group, and myself so happy within the travel of the tour. I was recommended to this by a friend and I recommend to all that wish to travel far that Intro Travel will provide an experience that will give you life long memories with new, life long friends.

I am writing this review after doing a 28 day tour up the east coast of Australia. The tour guide Hannah was amazing throughout. Anything we needed she had the answer and took all the travel stress away so we could enjoy our time travelling. In regard to the tour, I wasn’t expecting to have to pay additionally for what seemed like almost every activity. I think this should be more clearly advertised, and I know there was a number of us that thought this. This is no reflection on our tour guide, Hannah was THE BEST!!, but rather a reflection on INTRO and the tour that was provided On the whole I had the month of a life time and met some amazing people

I recently finished the 28 day East Coast Oz Adventure with Intro Travel, it was an incredible experience! The tour is very full on, but theres also plenty of free time which you can use to relax or explore. Theres so many cool activities included such as surfing in Byron Bay, 3 days exploring Gari and a sailing tour of the Whitsundays. Theres also a bunch of amazing optional activities to book, such as skydiving, scenic flights and scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef, these activities are very easy to book through your group leader. Speaking of group leaders, I would like to give a huge shout-out to our group leader Craig, who really looked after us and took care of all the stress of transport/booking activities/dinner/onward travel plans etc, allowing us all to just fully enjoy Australia without any worries at all! Even though Ive done group tours before, it is still daunting going solo. However, over the 28 days, you make such amazing friendships and it feels like youve known your group all your life! I really, really recommend the tour.

Just completed the 28 day Intro Aus East Coast trip and honestly had the most spectacular time! I have made some friends for life whilst also travelling and exploring some beautiful spots across Australia. Amie was our tour leader and she was excellent in every sense. She made sure that all our needs were met and any questions we had were answered. Additionally she also just so much fun to be around and made sure the group were constantly enjoying themselves. I cannot recommend this trip enough, it truly was a once in a lifetime experience!

Just finished rhe 4 week long australia tour and I would not have done it any other way. Ive been on a couple intro tours before and always been happy with them. The process of booking is so simple, I dont have to worry once Im in the country. I was nervous about being solo but once I got there, made instant friends with the group, like minded people made the trip even more special. Huge thank you has to go to my tour Amie, she was amazing, always there for help and support, even a good laugh with the group as well.Couldnt recommend intro more to anyone looking to go abroad but not sure how to organise it all.

One of the best Tours I ever went on. All the itinerary includes the most stunning places you should visit while traveling Australia’s East Coast. Picking 28-days is a good, not to stressful period. To say the people you meet become family would be an understatement. You will leave with friends from all over the world and so much happiness and gratitude about all this fun, beautiful and amazing activities you experience. This tour was only this amazing because of our lovely Tourguide Molly. If it’s your first time traveling alone you can be 100% sure she looks out for everyone, special dietary requirements etc. you will be taken care of! You won’t find a tour guide this fun, empathetic and perfectly organized somewhere else.

I did the 28 day tour across Australia with group leader Faye Lewis who was so enthusiastic and kind along the whole trip. Some of my favourite moments were learning to surf and the whitsundays sailing trip. Faye was so personable helping celebrate two peoples birthdays and always making sure everyone was included. This has definitely made me consider doing another intro tour!

Ive been on the 2nd October 28 day OZ East Coast Adventure tour. For the first part of the trip we had Faye from Sydney to Brisbane and then Gemma took over from Brisbane to Cairns. Having to switch tour leaders felt a bit odd at first but I think everyone was used to the new group leader after a day or two. Both our leaders were really amazing. They were able to accommodate all the different personalities in our group very well. Parts of the group ended up going out a lot, however there was no peer pressure at all. If you wanted to stay behind and get an early night everyone was okay with that. The only negative things that come to mind are the two overnight greyhound bus trips (12h and 17h) and the sanitary situation in Gari / Fraser Island. Those porta potties ran out of toilet paper at some point and were in dire need of a cleanup. Also be aware that you will need an international drivers license if you want to drive on Gari or Magnetic Island! (British licenses seemed to be the exception) All in all a very memorable trip that went by too fast. Be prepared for wanting to move to Australia after this trip (a few people actually ended up staying or planning on moving there now.)

I did the 28 day east coast Australia tour and I had Molly as my group leader. Molly was amazing from start to finish, so knowledgeable, helpful and full of enthusiasm. The tour was great, we saw so much of Australia. I have also done the Bali tour (which was great) and the only thing I would be aware of, comparing the two, is that not as much is included in the Australia tour, more meals and activities are extra charge. However it is expected as Asia is cheaper than Australia but maybe just something to keep in mind. Apart from that I would fully recommend the tour, you meet some great people, do amazing things and having Molly is my group leader made my trip the best it could be. I am also doing my working holiday visa and Molly helped me so much with setting everything up I need to work in Australia. Even after the tour finished she was on the end of the phone to give me advice!

I travelled with Intro for 28 days from Sydney to Cairns and I had an amazing time Keira was our guide and she sailed us through it without a stress in the world. Her energy was amazing and kept everyone going even if it was raining or the bus was late. Can highly recommend! Everything was taken care of and you just have to show up and bring a smile and youll have the best time! I hope for you, you get Keira as your guide!

I have just finished the 28 day oz tour Sydney to Cairns and I had the most amazing time of my life. Our group leader Keira was exceptional! You can tell she has a true passion for her job and loves what she does. From the minute we all met she made everyone feel so comfortable. Her knowledge is excellent, banter is great and there are no words for her dance moves. The tour includes some of the most unbelievable moments such as surfing in byron bay, K;gari, sailing around the whitsundays, chasing waterfalls in the Atherton tablelands and completing a bucket list moment of snorkeling at the great barrier reef. When we were hit with a cyclone and stranded Keira was excellent at organising a back up plan. There was never a dull moment and I;ve never laughed so much. I;ve made new forever friends and I will never forget this experience. I highly recommend this tour to absolutely everyone.

I had the pleasure of participating in the 28 backpacking tour from Sydney to Cairns and Id really like to thank Faye and Gemma. Other than finding new amazing friends and seeing breathtaking places, every moment of the trip was made so special also thanks to them. Faye was sweet and kind, with a natural ability to put everyone at ease. Her calm but always engaging approach made every stage of the trip a pleasant and serene experience. Her empathy and attention to the needs of the group were truly unmatched. When someone had a question or a particular request, she always found an answer or a solution with a smile. Gemma, was the pure energy of the trip. Dynamic, lively and always ready to throw out a joke or stimulate the curiosity of the group. Gemma managed to keep the mood high even in moments of tiredness through her inventiveness in creating alternative and fun activities during the trip, such as interactive games. But what really made them exceptional was their professionalism: both were impeccable in managing time, ensuring the safety of the group and answering all requests with competence. Thanks again for making this experience even more unique and unforgettable!

I have just finished the 28 day East Coast Australia tour. This was my first solo trip. I had Val and Gemma as my tour leaders, both were so lovely and helpful. They made sure the whole experience was enjoyable and no question or request was ever too much to ask! The tour itself was well planned and took the stress away from travelling. I dont have a favourite part but would definitely recommend booking a tour through this company! Thank you intro, Val and Gemma ¸

Just done the 28 day Aus east coast adventure. Loved every minute of it there is activities for everyone. I had Kiera from Sydney to Brisbane and Hannah from Brisbane to cairns they were both amazing and so kind they were always there to help when you needed it. I would definitely recommend this tour particularly for solo travellers as its a great way to meet new people.

I recently completed the 28 day Australia tour. I would like to thank Gemma and Faye for an unforgettable experience, and for making every moment fun and enjoyable. Although Gemmas dance moves could use slight improvement both her and Faye were always the life and soul of the party! Thanks to both of them for sorting everything out behind the scenes which meant everyone on the group could enjoy a once in a lifetime holiday and make some very good friendships, they both worked hard to ensure we were all stress free and could enjoy every moment. Both are amazing at their jobs and are a huge part on why the tour was so amazing. I cannot recommend the tour enough and if you are lucky enough to get either Geminem or Faye as your tour leaders I can assure you, you are in for a good time!

I have just finished the Aus 28 day East Coast tour with Shannon, Faye and Keira and I have just had the time of my life. The leaders have helped me make memories that will last a life time. They have helped provide such a special, safe and exciting environment that has given me the confidence to live life to the fullest and outside of my comfort zone. Thank you all so much! You have helped me grow so much as a person and inspired me in ways I couldnt have imagined

I am currently on the 28 day Oz East Coast Adventure and I am loving it so far! For the first 10 days of the tour we had a wonderful tour leader called Paula who was amazing at what she does! Paula was always there if you had a query, needed some advice and made the trip run smoothly. She was also always up for having fun and treated us like adults through letting us have some freedom on the trip. Such as taking a step back from the full itinerary when needed. Overall the tour itself has been amazing so far and I am booked onto another Intro trip and I cant wait!

I had an amazing time on the Oz East Coast Adventure. Paula was the best group leader. Paula was always helpful, bubbly, funny and so welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions the group had. I Would definitely recommend travelling with intro travel.

Ive just got back from the 28-day East Coast tour of Australia and it was the most incredible trip. I loved it so much, I want to do it all over again!! I had fantastic tour guides (Kiera from Sydney to Brisbane and Hannah from Brisbane to Cairns) and I cant thank them both enough for making it such a memorable trip ¦º’

Ive done a few trips with intro now and have put further deposits down as theyre just so good and great for solo travellers. My most recent tour was in Australia for 28 days.. the biggest issue was it went WAY too quickly. We had lots of laughter and fun thanks to the 2 guides we had (Kiera for the first 10 days and Hannah for the remainder) Hannah was great with help for extra activities for when the tour was over and booking in more trips! If youre ever unsure just book it! The trips are so so good

My intro travel tour was to the east coast in oz! One of my best experiences! Loved every second° My tour leaders Paula and Shannon were the most amazing people ever, they went above and beyond to ensure we all had a fantastic time. Cant wait to go on my next intro tour!!

My Aus East Coast trip was my second solo travel but first with intro travel! My guides Shannon and Paula absolutely exceeded any expectation, going above and beyond their job role and making sure everything about the experience was as organised as possible - an incredible adventure! Would strongly recommend intro! Really well curated trip taking in all the best bits of the East Coast! Thank you again Shannon and Paula for making the trip next level!
