Itinerary

-Visit Samburu which is home to unique animals known as the Special Five which include; Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx , the blue-necked Somali Ostrich and Gerenuk antelope.
-Visit Olpejeta conservancy where you will see some of Kenya's endangered rhino species. The sweetwaters located in Ol Pejeta is the only place in Kenya where you can see the Chinmpanzees. Visitors here have an opportunity to paticipate in Lion tracking which can be arranged from the camp. Night game drives can also be arranged on Request
-Enjoy viewing at the comfort of your seat at the Mount Kenya Safari club

day 1 - Nairobi-Mount Kenya

Pick up from Nairobi in the morning and drive to Mt Kenya. Arrive at the Mountain Lodge in time for lunch. Check in and Have lunch. Relax as you view the animals from the lounge. Later depart for a game drive in the park. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

day 2 - Mt Kenya to Samburu

Depart Mt. Kenya after breakfast heading further north to the northern Frontier” Samburu National Reserve”. Check in at Heshima Camp and have lunch. After lunch proceed for afternoon game drive to sight resident wildlife species like the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the blue-necked Somali Ostrich that are rare elsewhere in the country.

day 3 - Samburu

On this day we will have early morning and afternoon game drives in the park in search of the big five and the "Samburu Special fIve". A optional Samburu village visit can be organised at an extra cost.

day 4 - Samburu to Ol Pejeta

After breakfast drive to Ol Pejeta conservancy arriving at Sweetwaters Tented Camp in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive follows where you can see the reticulated Giraffe, Buffalo , Oryx, Elephant, and various species of plains game can be seen in this game sanctuary far from the crowds of better known game parks.

day 5 - Ol Pejeta to Nairobi

Early morning game drive, return to the camp for breakfast. Check out and proceed to Nairobi arriving at around 4 o'clock
