I loved the trip! Haron and JB made the trip so amazing and connected with all of us so easily! They worked so hard to make sure we can see the Big 5 and did a great job giving us so much facts and information about the animals, culture, politics and answered any questions we had about the countries. I enjoyed everything about the trips including the glamping and lodges, the food, and the people! I would highly recommend this trip for anyone who wants to go on a safari!

One of the top two trips of my life! (The other was Antarctica.) Not only did we see and learn about animals; we also met people and learned about their lives. Our drivers were also guides; they became our trusted friends too. Try to go during shoulder season. We were told things would get a lot busier during high season. We have been with Collette on several tours because we know we can count on them for a great experience.

The opportunity to go on safari and see the animals in there natural habitat was exciting. The inclusion of visits to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, the Rothschild Giraffe Center, the Kazuri Beads factory and the Shanga jewelry shop were also great. And finally, the chance to interact with some of the local tribes was very rewarding and meaningful. The opportunity to learn a bit about the area and culture really made the trip!

An amazing experience

I enjoyed this trip so much, we saw so many animals in the beautiful National parks and the lodges were comfortable and relaxing at the end of the day. Each day was very full and there is a lot of moving from place to place, but that meant we experienced different environments and were able to see a great variety of birds and animals. It was also interesting when we passed through towns bustling with people, on Sundays children in their best clothes going to church, lots of little stalls with fruit and veg, children going to school and Masai herding their cows, sheep and goat by the side of the busy roads.

This was our first tour with Collette and we couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. From our first contact with the travel agent to the final excort to the airport for return flight, everything was perfect.

The amount of animals we were able to see was truly amazing. We were surprised when we were told that we would be viewing the great migration. It was awesome!!! Most of the accommodations were really nice and the people were kind. A few of the days were pretty hot but our driver and tour guide made sure we were aware of the heat. It was the most incredible trip we’ve ever taken.
