Itinerary

Craving a whirlwind tour of Tanzania’s legendary wildlife? This 4 Day Safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater is perfect for young adults and seasoned adventurers looking to capture the highlights in just four days.

Your journey begins with the herds of Tarangire National Park, continues through the endless plains of the Serengeti with its famous wildebeest migrations, and culminates in the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, home to the Big Five. Life-changing game drives fill your days, while evenings at camp bring camaraderie under the African sky.

This tour stands out for its efficiency—ideal for those who want an intense shot of adventure without sacrificing comfort or excitement. The unique selling point: a fast-paced, immersive safari designed for thrill-seekers eager to see Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife in a short, unforgettable escape.

day 1 - ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Our driver will pick you up at your accommodation at 8:00am; you will receive a short briefing about the safari and then depart to the National Park. The Tarangire National Park is located South of Lake Manyara. The river from which the park takes its name is the primary source of water for the local wildlife, making it the perfect place to spot large concentration of animals like elephants (largest concentration in the country), wildebeests and zebras. Big cats are also frequent in the dry season, and the abundance of baobab trees will surely make it possible for you to collect amazing African postcards. Lunch will take place at a picnic place overlooking the Tarangire River, after lunch you will continue with game viewing in the park until evening where you will be driven to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Duration:2 hours
Accommodation: Camping
Meals:Lunch, Dinner

day 2 - KARATU TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

This day tour will have an early start, and for a very good reason. Probably the most famous African National Park in the world, the Serengeti covers a massive area and hosts a rich and complex ecosystem with a noticeable biodiversity. 1.5 million wildebeests, the biggest population of big mammals that still roam the planet, make their migration through the park every year, joined by hundreds of thousands of zebras and gazelles, and giraffes, impalas, warthogs and hippos live permanently in its lands, as well as carnivores as jackals, hyenas, servals and mongooses; however the most popular animals among visitors, commonly known as the Big Five, are lions, African leopards, African bush elephants, Eastern black rhinoceros and Cape buffaloes. And this is just the beginning. After a picnic lunch you will continue with game drive until evening where you will be transferred to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Duration:3 hours
Accommodation: Camping
Meals:Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

day 3 - Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater

On this day you will continue your game driving activities, this time the game drive specifically in search of the Big Five. We also recommend an early start so you can witness one of the most beautiful sunrises you can experience after morning game drive and lunch, depart Serengeti for Ngorongoro Crater with game viewing on the way before transfer to your accommodation in Ngorongoro area for dinner and overnight.

Duration:2 hours
Accommodation: Camping
Meals:Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

day 4 - Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

Start early in the day to visit the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera, formed when a huge volcano exploded and collapsed on itself. In the present days, however, far from being a destructive source of hot lava, it’s actually a natural paradise considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa, home to nearly 25 000 large animals, including black rhinoceros, buffaloes, hippos and big cats. The Park is also classed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The tour will stop for lunch at a picnic place near a lake after lunch you will continue with game drive before transferred to your accommodation in Arusha.
