Game drives in Maasai Mara National Reserve
Witness the Big Five Wildlife
Short 2 day safari for those with only a couple days to spare
Pressed for time but eager for a classic safari? This 2-day Maasai Mara tour delivers a memorable wildlife adventure for both newcomers and experienced travelers. Set out from Nairobi, with a scenic stop at the Rift Valley viewpoint, before diving into game drives across the Mara’s rolling plains. Marvel at herds of herbivores, the Big Five, and a stunning diversity of birds. Your journey ends with a return to Nairobi, ensuring you miss none of the highlights despite the tour’s brevity. The unique selling point: all the excitement and spectacle of a Kenyan safari, condensed into a perfectly planned short trip.
The safari was amazing. Loved seeing the animals in Maasai. Getting there was miserable. Very disorganized and poor planning on the part of the booking agent and the local tour agents. Had alot of issues. Worked it out at the end and got to enjoy Maasai. Alice was very nice and apologized for the inconveniences getting to Maasai. I also had to pay for getting picked up and dropped off at my hotel.
Positives:1. Well organised trip 2. Picked up from my hotel on request 3. Good driver & guide Mr. Solomon who took efforts to spot animals.4. Good stay arrangement in self contained tent at a Masai Mara camp. Negatives: 1. It's solely a budget trip with all budget services. Don't expect more. 2. Food throughout the trip was just average. Advice: Stay for at least 3 days to explore Masai Mara and if you can spend more there are better options who will take you in better vehicles like Land Rover since the road to Masai Mara is horrible for the last 75 kms.
