We have just returned from our unforgettable Adventure which was organized by this tour operator. Each day of our safari was amazing, We had a brilliant guide who knows where and when to see the best animals on action and he even speaks a very fluent English and he took care of us from the day one to the last day of our safari. During the safari you will spend a lot of time with your guide so it’s very important to have a guide to explain to you, make jokes and tell you more of his country, Culture and history and we were very like to have Herman as our guide. The meals was amazing and we got served hot lunches on lunchtime and our jeep was filled with plenty of Water, Wines, Beer and Soda, we saw lot of other tourists having their cold packed food. Through Herman we learnt a lot about Animals, Cultures, He never rushed and allowed us to take many beautiful pictures as much as we wanted. We saw all the Big Five and the rest of other wild animals like antelopes, giraffes and birds. The roads are not good so prepare yourselves for a free African Massage as Daudi the Manager told us during the briefing. Also trust their selection of lodges and am sure you will never regret, Daudi suggested to us Ngorongoro Serena, Intimate Camp, Mara Luxury Lodge and Four seasons. Those lodges are expensive but unlike others the tour company prepared a proposal with reasonable price while other International agencies charged us more and more. Always book your safari with a local agency like this one as we did for affordable prices. Save yourself the time we spent and Choose Meijo Safaris. We would definitely recommend this tour and the tour company for unforgettable adventures.

My Wife and I would like to thank you all for preparing a wonderful experience in Tanzania for us, we have a lot to say but we would just mention few. Communication was very fast and reliable and this is the first reason which convinced us to book this safari with you, Daudi answered al of our questions and always happy whenever we do a video call... Thank you so much Daudi. Tour Plan: We received few quotes from other agency but unlike others Daudi customized a tour plan which was even out of our plans and after some video calls he told us why he proposed to us a 9 days safari instead of a 6 days which we wanted from the beginning and to be honesty the experience was awesome we never got tired driving around as it was well planned. Price: As i said before we received quotes from different agencies with higher price and when we saw the safari cost from this company we couldn't believe it. Through communication and reading some reviews, we finally decided to book with this company and it helped us to save a lot during the plan. Accommodation: None of the accommodation selected by Daudi was from our plan but we were amazed by the quality of services we received from all the lodges we slept, from Melia, Serena and Intimate Camps. Always allow them to advice you on accommodations as they know better than us do not go with the flow of reviews just trust them as we did and you will never regret. Guide: Our guide was so amazing and professional with eagle eyes, he could see animals and birds from miles away and very knowledgeable. It's very important to have a very knowledgeable and caring guide as you spend a lot of time with him so if he doesn't know much about flora and fauna you will get bored. Our guide Mr Michael deserves a star and an award :) Jeep: Our Jeep was very clean, big and Comfortable, filled with beer, wine and coffee just for us. Hot Lunch instead of Lunchboxes, yes, during our safari we saw lots of tourists having a cold packed lunches from the boxes but for us it was different we had hot meals during lunch times. Why you should book with this compay: Book with them because they know you save a lot to come to Africa and they know its once a life time experience, and they do their best to make sure it's unforgettable experience to you and your loved ones. During our calls with him we asked Daudi why we should book with you and those are the words he told and it's true we had a life time experience filled with unforgettable experience. This tour company gave us the best experience as we trekked up Kilimanjaro to the summit, followed by four days of exploration to Lake Manyra, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our guides were all amazing and all very experienced on Kilimanjaro and safari as well. They gave us the exceptionally great service and made us feel comfortable and safe at all times. The company had made excellent arrangements so that the trip was flawless and stress free.

Everything about this trip was great. From the help we got from Hamisi at the office in selecting the route, preparation materials, smooth payment to the actual trip. We definitely could not have done the trek without the wonderful and professional support from senior guide Shaban and his colleagues. They made sure we were in the best condition to tackle the mountain. The six of us all made it to the summit and it was an unforgettable experience. We had three days safari after Kilimanjaro and Tanzania is an absolutely beautiful country. We saw numerous animals and birds and also managed to see the Hadza people in Rift Valley.

Thanks to the tour operator flexibility, we actually did a 12-day tour of Kenya and Tanzania and it was fabulous. Our two guides, Brian and Elly, were fun, friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. We shared a lot of laughs and developed a strong bond in our short time together, and we saw every animal we'd hoped to see (plus some) thanks to them. Customer service was excellent. They responded to emails in a timely manner, changed the schedule around a bit so that we could fly into and out of Nairobi, booked a hotel for the night we arrived without even being asked, and upgraded our accommodations.

First of all, hats off to our guides, Albert (first 3 days) and Benjamin (last 3 days). They were both EXCELLENT drivers and very good at spotting the animals. We were able to see all of the big five, and the places we stayed were nice. You can't beat this tour for the price.

I had the privilege of being part of an amazing group on our Mount Kilimanjaro expedition. This team truly embodied the spirit of adventure, camaraderie, and determination needed to help us conquer Africa’s highest peak. From the very beginning, the group’s enthusiasm was contagious. Everyone brought unique strengths to the table, whether it was carrying our packs, cooking delicious meals, or making sure we were all comfortable. The teamwork was evident in every step we took, especially during the more challenging days when altitude and fatigue tested our resolve. Every morning we were greeted with coffee in our tents, a bowl of hot water to wash up, and a hot breakfast. We also had the luxury of a personal toilet. The porters packed everything up and carried our bags and had everything set up by the time we got to camp. They’re constantly refilling our water bottles and supplying hot water for tea and coffee. Every morning and evening we did a wellness check to make sure no one was experiencing altitude sickness. We had two guides who spoke perfect English to ensure we made it to the summit. To my incredible climbing team: thank you for the laughs, the encouragement, and the shared sense of achievement. I couldn’t have asked for a better group to share this adventure with!

we book Kilimanjaro 6 Days via Lemosho route , Every aspect of the 6 days climb was very organized. Our guides August and Simon were highly experienced and knowledgeable of the mountain. They knew exactly what they were doing and we made it to the top uhuru peak the top roof of Africa 5895m ,they make sure safety to us is very important every morning and after dinner they were doing medical checkup .the food was delicious dishes served included: fish fillet, roast potatoes, spaghetti bolognaise and chicken. The chicken was of a particularly high standard; high quality cuts of fillet. Fresh fruit was in abundance, Hot chocolate, tea, coffee, popcorn and cookies awaited us at every lunch/dinner stop. Aloyce the owner was extremely accommodating and made sure that everything went to plan. We recommend to everyone one want to climb mount kilimanjaro

He was always checking on us to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the tour truly special. Our driver. Diu, was equally excellent: professional, polite, and very attentive throughout the trip. He drove safely, took great photos for us. His knowledge of the roads and local area was impressive. The Mercedes-Benz van was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic trek with this tour specialist to the top of Kilimanjaro. They customized our entire 8 day trip and helped assure all of our hard preparation work was fully rewarded when we reached our goal of Uhuru! This was by far the most physically demanding and emotionally rewarding thing we have ever done! The operator came highly recommended to us by 2 friends who had taken separate treks with them. We agree that this is an exceptionally well handled Tanzanian company. After climbing the Shira Route with Maasai Wanderings many years ago, I recently returned with my wife to trek the Machame Route so she could experience this great adventure. We were not disappointed. From start to finish Maasai Wanderings were great to deal with and it was good to see the folks at Maasai Wanderings were as eager to please today as they were when I first traveled with them.

My whole experience from booking my trek to the actual trek its self was very professional with Maasai Wanderings. I knew I was in good hands when I my emails were responded to quickly and I was provided a list of answers to my enquires. The guides were very friendly and professional and had great English and were able to give my information on the landscape itself and also help encourage me every step of the way. I would not have made it to the top without their encouragement and singing! My tent and mattress were comfortable and the food was also great considering were climbing a mountain. Overall I would highly recommend climbing Kili with Maasai Wanderings. You can tell that the staff are happy and well looked after by the company as they are long standing team members.
