Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. Over all tour is amazing met so many nice people. Only negative comment is not enough time inside eiffel we stayed for 30 mins, recommended for at least 1 hour inside not including the time to walk in the bus. Rome forum also is really really short to stay inside. We were inside the forum for 30.mins. we need at 1.5 to 2 hours. Not including the meeting time. Usually it takes 10 to 15 mins to go to the Bus pick up. You need more like Eva and Sylvia as a tour guide. Both of them are very happy, energetic and approachable.
