Our guide will pick you up at your hotel around 2:00 pm for a half-day trip in Hoi An town.
We start our trip by strolling around the ancient town of Hoi An. We will see Chua Cau or Japanese Covered Bridge, considered the symbol of Hoi An and a fine example of Japanese architecture. Step back in time to discover the Chinese street with the stunning Phuc Kien Hall and Phung Hung, an old house typical of Hoi An architecture.
We then visit Hoi An's vibrant market and ancient port to explore the rhythm of local life and savor the true color, flavor and taste of the oriental.
Finally, we visit Phuc Thanh Pagoda – the oldest pagoda in Hoi An built in 1454 with Chinese bronze.
At the end of the tour, we will have dinner in a local restaurant with signature specialties of Hoi An: the Cao Lau noodles and White Rose dumpling.
Transfer back to the hotel around 8:00 p.m. End of services.

Our guide will meet you in the hotel in central Old Quarter (or our appointment if you stay away the Old Quarter). This is a walking tour so that you will have a lot of chances to meet locals, to hear interesting stories and to experience the local lifestyle in closest way. During the way, our guide will give you a short brief information about Northern and particular Hanoian food typical. Walk around the Old Quarter to taste some popular food on street vender, which is forming our unique culture/habit. Visit some café/restaurants that is kept from generation to generation. With over 1000 year of history, surely you will have unforgettable memories with those hundred-year old shops.
When people think of Vietnam, they often think of traditional lanterns illuminating the ancient buildings. Hoi An is no exception. Although many people admire these lanterns but not many actually take the effort to see how they are made. This is your opportunity! On this tour, you will cycle slowly through the old streets of Hoi An before stopping to make your very own lantern to take home with you.
At 8:00 am or 2:00 pm a local guide will meet you at the hotel's lobby. Head out with the guide to bicycle to a lantern making workshop in the village. Here, you will get a brief introduction to the history, shape, and color of the lanterns. Choose your favorite sample of a lantern and with step-by-step help from the craftsman, make one for yourself to give as a gift or keep for a souvenir. Ride your bicycle back to the hotel. The tour ends at your hotel in Hoi An at 12:00 pm or 4:00 pm.

You`ll be picked up at your hotel in Hoi An at 5:30 pm by a guide with a Vespa Scooter. Starting out at our central Hoi An café, sample the delicious local street food delight, Banh Can, while watching the streets and stalls come to life and sipping a cocktail. After the first taster, head out on the Vespa to try the famous ‘White Rose’ in town.
We then head to lantern-lit An Hoi Islet and jump in a local boat for a slow ride alongside the ancient town to Cam Nam Island where we join the locals for a seafood starter overlooking the Thu Bon River as the sun sets on Hoi An. We can enjoy a few cold beers.
A leisurely drive along the banks of the river and through the alleyways & streets takes us to a lively local restaurant where we cook a hot pot at the table and learn the art of wrap ‘n’ roll – Vietnamese style!
A short ride through the busy streets and alleys takes us to our last port of call, and a recent addition to Hoi An’s vibrant dining scene, a modern Vietnamese restaurant where we tuck into some awesome BBQ specialities, grilled DIY style at our table! As is customary, cold beers are consumed, and we finish with the delicious dessert of Banh Flan, a light version of crème caramel.
The trip ends at 9:30 pm at your hotel.
We will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation in Hanoi's Old Quarter between 07:15 to 07:45 in the morning and drive you to Ninh Binh. Arrive at Trang An by 10:00 AM and spend about 2 hours exploring this natural heritage site in a small boat. Visit the limestone caves along the Sao Khe River.
Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch in the afternoon before heading out to visit a local family in Van Lam Village, located in Tam Coc. Interact with them and learn more about their tradition and daily life. Enjoy a bicycle ride around the village and see gorgeous paddy fields surrounded by limestone mountains.
Your next destination is the Bich Dong Pagoda, where you will get the chance to learn more about the history of Buddhism in Vietnam. Leave Ninh Binh at around 4:30 in the evening and drive back to Hanoi. We will drop you off at your hotel or accommodation in Hanoi.
Motorbikes/scooters and Hanoi go hand in hand! There is quite simply no better way to get around and see the city. This tour puts you on the back of a Vespa while the driver safely whisks you through the streets and traffic to see the sights as a local would.
Itinerary:
6:00 pm. We meet at our stylish local Café and start the evening with a cocktail or another kind of drink (coffee, tea, juice, etc) and a delicious snack from one of the nearby nighttime vendors, before
jumping on the back of the vintage Vespas.
After weaving through the magical, busy back streets of the Old Quarter, we soon arrive at a fascinating local joint, right on the railway tracks (literally!) where we try some infused rice wine and a buffalo jerky appetiser.
Back on the bike through the narrow streets again, as we head toward our next foodie place, a lively local restaurant serving Bun Cha. This quintessential must-taste Ha Noi dish of rice noodles, grilled pork and meatballs, with a side of Nem (spring rolls). Simple but delicious.
We then head out of the Old Quarter and ride toward West Lake to try the local speciality of Pho Cuon, and learn the art of wrap ‘n’ roll, Vietnamese style with these fresh & fragrant ingredients, and the Pho noodle!
A short ride on the Vespa takes us to our final port of call, next to the superb Opera House. The halcyon days of the 1930’s may be over, however, this Jazz Club will wow you with a truly unique blend of styles – 30’s style Jazz & traditional Vietnamese music!
Stops are used to take in the vibrant evening food scene of Ha Noi, eating and drinking among the locals, as well as to brief clients about local culture, lifestyles and traditions. The ride is designed to take in the history and night time atmosphere of this fascinating city.
The trip ends at your hotel in Hanoi around 10:00 pm.

At 8:00 am, you`ll be picked up by your local guide. Depart from your hotel and take a 30-minute bicycle ride to Tra Que herb village. Take a short stroll around the vegetable garden and listen to the history of the village. Then, join gardening activities in preparing the land, fertilizing with seaweed, raking the ground, sowing, watering, picking vegetables and more.

Picked-up by our driver at your hotel and transfer to the cooking class. Together with a cook assistant we will have an opportunity to visit Hoian’s colorful market and enjoy amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy area and intermingle with the local sellers to buy some ingredients used for the cooking class. Later the cook will present to us how to prepare some Hoian well-known dishes. After cooking, we will eventually have a dinner with local delicious foods, of which some have been prepared by ourselves.

You will be picked up by the driver at your hotel and transferred to the cooking class (the exact pick-up time will be advised upon reconfirmation). Let‟s visit an exciting local market for food ingredients with your assistants from the restaurant before coming back to the restaurant, where you’ll learn how to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes with professional chef. With 1000 year of history, Hanoi has so many secret receipts, which is considered as their heritage and kept for generations. You will eventually enjoy a delicious Vietnamese meal, all by yourself! There is no better way to explore Hanoi by jumping on a bike and meandering through the traffic and Red River Delta.
The tour will start from either 7:30 am or 12:30 pm. At this time our tour guide shall collect you from your hotel and bring you to where the bikes are located and your adventure will start.
First, we will cross the Red River by Long Bien bridge (built by Paul Doumer who also designed the Eiffel Tower) constructed from 1989 to 1902 during the French’s colonial occupation of the country. From the bridge, you can see greenery below and we shall continue along through rice paddies and farms.
You will meet local people and see how they work. If you fancy, you shall also have an opportunity to take the load off their shoulders, join in and learn all about them.
Continue biking through small roads with nice landscapes before arriving at Co Loa in Dong Anh District to see the ancient citadel, built in 257 BC.
Next see a fruit farm where you can pick some fruit and explore before next stopping for a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
