We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.
I found the trip considerably good but it included only those destinations in the city tour which was free and not needed any entrance tickets.only colosseum in Rome was there and not any other monument entrance tickets was included.
Hotel Albatros in Venice was the worst. Disorganized check in, room small cramped and smelled bad. Extremely small shower with inability to get warm water. It was either hot or cold. And water middle the floor less than a minute after the shower was turned on. This hotel should 1 and taken off your list of hotels.

We had a very amazing, unforgettable best experienced with our Panorama Trip. It was our 35th wedding Anniversary and our second honeymoon as well. We enjoyed every second of our tour especially watching the picturesque view of Switzerland. We love the Alpine mountains ans our hotel in Kitzbuhel. It was a perfect vacation for us and what matters most we gained friends, lose weight due to the 10k plus steps per day and we are now healthy and the most fascinating thing was that we were disciplined by our tourists guides because there was a timetable. We love all our tourist guides, Antonio, Alfredo, Emmanuel, Leonardo, Eliani, Linus but most of all the favorite is Antonio our tourist guide from Barcelona. He is so sweet and simpatiko. I love the spanish tourist guides. They are so compassionate. Thank you so much for the best vacation in our lives. We will always cherish the memories we had with you, with each person that we met in our journey. It was worthwhile and it will always be cherished to last a lifetime. We love Europamundo because you take good care of us as family. Hope we can travel with you again in United Kingdom next year. I will share our experienced with you with my friends and relatives all over the world, when in fact i posted all our experiences and beautiful pictures in my facebook timeline. The trip was superb although the walking tour is too tiring especially to the more senior ones. but it is worth it. The hotels are good except the one in Paris that we are placed in an area that is not so friendly for tourist.

Some places we feel very little time given which is not enough. Trip was good,,
But lot of places , they just given very little time for visit that also including lunch,,
In Innsbruck - very little time,,, Innsbruck nice place but fully waste bcoz of time consent.
They want to make a count that they taken to Innsbruck, in Innsbruck they didn’t given time they taken kitbhuel almost in sunset time nothing they to see,,, actual stay as per itnery was kitzbhuel , but the stay was at salaburg, so Innsbruck kitzbhuel totally waste ,, just fill the itnery ,,Upto Zürich bus was good, Zürich to Innsbruck bus was ok,, after Innsbruck bus not good .

Hotels in Rome and Frankfurt were lacking in provision of breakfast to group members. Hotel in Rome had a discriminatory layout of breakfast for Europamundo guests and their regular guests. That was insulting sort of experience. It also did not provide any tea/coffee material etc in room. Other hotels were excellent.
The guides, Leno, Abdul and Maria were absolutely fantastic. They made thing very easy and trip joyful. The local guide in Vatican city was too verbose and should cut down unnecessary explanations. Rest of the local guides were excellent. There should be provision for letting the guests come to hotel room late or early on their own from city transfers. As of now it gets difficult if the luggage is in the bus as guide can not take responsibility for that. So the guests are forced to travel with the buys. This can be resolved by placing identification stickers on the luggage pieces on day 1 of the tour. Overall, the trip was excellent and I will surely recommend Europamundo to friends and family.
