My trip was England, Scotland and Ireland ending in Dublin. This was an amazing trip I am so pleasantly satisfied with Europamundo. Our tour was in Spanish and English and part also in Portuguese. Although our guides were Spanish-speakers they did a great job at translating and making sure that the English-speakers understood and were involved Belen, one of our guides was excellent, there were a couple of instances where some travelers were being difficult and she handled the situation like a complete professional. This made me so much more at ease and comfortable, knowing that we had a mother-hen was very comforting. I will definitely use Europamundo again on my next adventure
Even though this was my first solo trip from London to home and back, I never felt alone, as the bus was my constant companion throughout the journey, along with my comfortable hotel stays. The tour covered major destinations efficiently, with well-coordinated time management, caring guides fluent in English and other languages, and insightful local guides for in-depth exploration. Overall, the stay, coordination, and execution were excellent, and I look forward to booking another trip with Bookmundi. A good amount of people to mix with but enough to feel like a family.
Generally a great tour with interesting places which caters to all tourists. However, bus has no Wifi which makes it hard to communicate for support with agency. Tour guide more inclined to sell optional tours and allow for their own special customers to get their preferred seats which gives an unfair advantage to the rest.
A bit rushed, but very well managed. At no point were we asking of more information as the guides we quite thorough and helpful. Nothing is perfect, so if one is willing to overlook those, I can safely say that my experience with Europamundo has been nothing short of fantastic
