The tour was awesome from day 1 and well organized and run with the perfect mix of culture and relax time. The group was great and I was fully able to enjoy my time in Mexico.
This is a great trip for anyone wanting an introduction into Mexican history, culture, as well as for those seeking adventures and local immersion. It spans clear beaches, luscious jungles, dominating canyons and city life. The mornings are packed with activity with some customizable free days here and there to explore. The tours in Mexico were mainly with other locals which helped me improve my Spanish.
The Geluxe Yucatan tour was nice. Our guide Alonso was exceptional! The Hacienda and float down the Sian Kaan were the highlights of the trip. I was disappointed to not have a hotel on the beach for the last two nights. This type of tour with many meals included would be good for someone who is traveling alone and would like to be with the group more. If I traveled solo I would consider Geluxe tours again, but if I travel with my husband it will be another Nat Geo or classic tour.

This was my first experience travelling in a group. I really enjoyed the trouble free experience provided by having a guide helping us and sharing tips about the locations visited. I would have like maybe a smaller group (12) as bigger the group more time we have to wait at the restaurants to order and pay the bills. Overall, we might do it again we G adventures.
