This was my 5th G Adventures tour and it was a wonderful time! I loved this trip: the activities, the accommodations, and especially our guide. Alonso was a fantastic CEO who made the trip run so smoothly and was so knowledgeable about Mexico and the culture. He really went above and beyond to make sure that everyone on the trip was accommodated and provided immediate feedback to hotels or other places anytime there was an issue. He was also great at making recommendations for food and other activities. I loved this trip and Alonso was a big part of making it great. Alonso is the best!
Overall, this was a truly eye-opening experience. Getting the chance to meet indigenous communities and see local projects up close gave us a much deeper understanding of Mexico than we could have had as travellers. It felt genuine and meaningful, and it’s something I’ll carry with me long after the trip.
Wonderful! Hotels, food arranged was all good. OMG days spent with local tribe seeing how they live and work was great experience :)
Yet another fabulous G Adventures trip!
I really enjoyed this tour of Mexico. It was excellent. Mexico is a very colourful country. I found learning about the history, culture, people and different religions very interesting. It was exciting visiting all the historical sites for example the pyramids at Teotihuacan and Chichen Itza. My favourite part of the tour was visiting the Frida Kahlo museum and the pottery factory in Puebla. I loved trying all the vegetarian Mexican dishes and different drinks. When the weather was sunny it was glorious! It was excellent meeting and travelling with people from different parts of the world. Experiencing the preparations for the day of the dead was really cool. On the whole my tour manager, Alonso was wonderful and he organised a very special and beautiful birthday evening get together, which I will never forget! Thank you Alonso ???? Mil gracias Alonso???
