Our family of 5 adults recently went to Italy on a 9 day trip to Venice, Rome and Sorrento(Amalfi Coast) with private tours, fast train travel, door to door drivers, and great accommodations; which was all set up by Michael.
Michael was very responsive to my communications, very helpful with trip suggestions to make the trip better, and just overall a great travel planner! I was nervous at first, because I have never completely booked a vacation online without ever meeting the travel planner, but it all worked out great!
We were completely happy with everything about our trip, and will definitely reach out to Michael again when we travel to Italy! There were a couple of small issues that arose over the duration of the trip, but they were handled quickly and without further problem to us. So all was good.
Our private tour guides in Rome, Ornella; and Roberta in Pompeii were incredible. Our Venice tour guide, Cynthia, was awesome too, she did a great job! We did a full day 8 hr tour in Rome of the Colosseum and Vatican, and I would recommend splitting that to two half days if you have the time. It was awesome, but a bit much for one day!! Also, we had a full day Amalfi Coast tour by van, with great driver Antonio, which was supposed to go to Positano, Amalfi, & Ravello, but because the traffic is so bad on the roads, there wasn't time to make it to Ravello. So, I recommend either going by boat, which we hear is faster, or allow more time if you want to see all three villages.

My eight-day trip was simply magical! The itinerary was perfectly designed, combining history, culture, and nature. This trip was great from beginning to end, the itinerary was very well organized, simple, and not tiring. My mom and I love the beaches in Phuket the most, where we can move freely and relax. My 10-day Grand Morocco Tour from north to south was an unforgettable experience. From the enchanting blue streets of Chefchaouen to the stunning sand dunes of the Sahara, each day brought something new and exciting. The trip was well-organized, with a perfect balance of culture, history, and adventure. What I appreciated most was the carefully planned itinerary, which took us through Morocco’s most beautiful sites, from the Roman ruins of Volubilis to the majestic Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou.
The guides were knowledgeable and passionate about their country, providing us not only with historical insights but also a deeper understanding of Moroccan culture and traditions. The private transport service was comfortable, and our driver was always punctual and attentive. We traveled as a group of 8 and had what I can confidently say was the smoothest travel experience of my life thanks to the travel team. From the moment we landed, everything was handled with precision and care. Mahmoud greeted us right off the plane and personally guided us through immigration and customs. It was incredibly efficient and stress-free.
Throughout the trip, Mahmoud stayed in constant contact, ensuring every detail was running smoothly and adjusting the schedule when needed. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned each day was packed with incredible sites, but never felt overwhelming. Yes, some days were long, but 100% worth it.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. Even mid-trip, we were able to add extra activities on the fly, and the team accommodated us effortlessly.
Our guides were outstanding. Michael in Cairo and Giza was extremely knowledgeable and communicated clearly he answered every question with patience and insight. Mohamed, who accompanied us during the Nile Cruise between Luxor and Aswan, was personable, relaxed, and brought the ancient sites to life with his storytelling.
The drivers throughout were also fantastic. While most didn’t speak much English, they were consistently punctual, professional, and skilled, even navigating Egypt’s wild traffic with ease and confidence.
A quick tip: If you’re on a tighter budget, do a bit of research before booking extra experiences. Some optional add-ons are absolutely worth the cost, while others may be more economical to do independently though we still relied on the company for reliable transport.
Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Everything felt personalized, smooth, and safe. I’m incredibly happy we chose this company I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone planning a trip to Egypt.
