This was a great trip. Our guide, Thin, was fantastic and the itinerary meant that we got to see all of the highlights of Vietnam whilst not being rushed because we had a few days in each place. Having said that, we still packed a lot in, with lots of additional optionals that were brilliant.

I had a great time with my family on this 8-day Northern Vietnam tour. The travel team did a fantastic job organizing the trip. Everything was on time, including the guides and drivers. Our accommodations were well-located, clean, and offered great service. All the places we visited were beautiful and unique in their own way. Our accommodations, upgraded to four-star hotels, were excellent, and drivers and guides were always punctual. The tour operator checked in with us daily and was responsive to any questions or requests, like adding a sunrise visit.

Our first visit to Thailand and this tour was a wonderful introduction! We had an outstanding, very experienced tour leader in Worasak Paiboon (Pok) - he was one of the best (we have taken many trips with Explore). A great group which worked well. The start of the tour was rather full-on with the overnight rail journey - but well worth it. Hard to pick a highlight, but the Elephant Sanctuary stands out, as well as the homestay and raft hotel. Thoroughly recommend!

What an amazing experience!! We worked with the tour agent for over a year to plan our vacation and it couldn’t have turned out more perfect! Tracey listened to all over our hopes and interests, and delivered an itinerary that ended up being a dream vacation! We spent 2 weeks exploring Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand with our family of 5 and the guides we had in each city were
