Having been a previous customer for INTRO, I was so excited to be part of their first trip to the Philippines and it definitely did not disappoint. As always from start to finish, the Group Leaders were there to help with anything and everything and the trip itself was just mind blowing. THE BEST way to travel a country and since doing my first group tour with INTRO over 3 years ago now I will never travel any other way.
My favourite activities were the 3 day boat expedition from Coron to El Nido which was just incredible, the waterfalls in Siquijor and all of the snorkelling!
The accommodation was comfortable and better than I expected as it was on all other INTRO tours. Already looking forward the next trip.

What an amazing experience!! We worked with the tour agent for over a year to plan our vacation and it couldn’t have turned out more perfect! Tracey listened to all over our hopes and interests, and delivered an itinerary that ended up being a dream vacation! The communication with Lana was exceptional, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience throughout our journey in Vietnam and Bali. The local guides were helpful and humorous, and introduced good places for our free time. Our visit to Halong was undoubtedly a highlight, beautiful and unique. Just completed my 3rd intro tour and already booked my 4th for next year! Just finished the Vietnam intro and had the absolute best time. Very well organised by our amazing tour leader Annelise who was just the best!! Would recommend intro to anyone. Vietnam with intro was such an incredible experience thanks to our fantastic leader Michelle! Honourable mention to Jas and Tim as leaders-in-training who will be amazing. The whole trip was so enjoyable and engaging, and I genuinely cant remember the last time I had that much fun. Michelle was amazing in any scenario thrown her way, and nothing was ever too big of an issue to solve! I consistently felt so safe and reassured with the team. From cultural experiences of war tunnels and walking tours to incredible boat rides and fun nights out this has been one of the best holidays of my life. I would absolutely recommend to anyone solo travelling because you will meet such amazing people along the way. I wish I could do it all over again!
