I just completed a EBC and Gokyo Valley trip organized by this local travel specialist based in Nepal, what a wonderful itinerary. EBC is a bit of a letdown as there isn't much to see but Kala Patthar, the glaciers, the mountain pass and Gokyo part of the trip certainly make up for it. At times challenging with the altitude but worth the effort. Everything went smoothly with the company, if you are traveling solo expect tto share a room in the tea houses unless you communicate in advance specific needs or request. Most teahouses have sharing accommodations and rely on income form meals, so unless it is planned in advance sharing would be expected. Overall communication was prompt and excellent, our guide was very knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. Our group was very small, just two of us. I had a bit of altitude sickness and was unsure about being able to complete the mountain pass after EBC, I had no doubt arrangements would be made should I needed to come back sooner. The agency was also great with hotel accommodations and tours in Kathmandu. Highly recommend them, Arjum and Raj are geat to work with.

The Annapurna Sanctuary houses Annapurna I, the 10th highest mountain in the world at elevation of 8,091 metres, and 13 other peaks over 7,000 metres and 16 more over 6,000 metres. The pristine, protected landscape takes you through numerous cascading waterfalls, lush rhododendron forests, quaint villages and moraines to a stunning amphitheatre-esque viewpoint of the Himalayas.
Your journey starts from Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. Take a tour of its major landmarks (entrance fees not included) before flying to Pokhara where your trek officially begins. Ascend and descend through valleys, terraced fields and stone steps to reach your end destination: the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC).
Autumn (September to November) and spring (March to May) are the best seasons for the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. The weather is sunny and warm with outstanding, clear views of the snowcapped mountains. If you wish to avoid crowds and enjoy some alone time in nature, then taking this trip during winter (December to February) could also be an option. However, the temperature during winters are harsh, while there are chances of rain during summer or monsoon seasons (June to August).

Marka Valley is located in Ladakh. Markha Valley is one of the most famous treks of the Ladakh region. It is an amazing trip to get introduced to the magical and remote Buddhist Kingdom of Ladakh. On this trail you will be experiencing beautiful Buddhist Monasteries, local mountain villages, the high altitude pastures of Nimaling and the high altitude peak Kangyatse.
We will basically be traversing Markha Valley crossing different sceneries and villages of the mountains getting sublime perspectives of ever changing landscapes. As we start in Stok we will trek over different passes at different altitudes (with highest altitude gained being 5,150m (16,896 ft.).
When we reach the fields around Nimaling, you will be meeting nomadic families called Khampa living with and off their groups of Yak and Sheep. We will end the trek in Shang but also quickly get to see Leh, before finally departing back to New Delhi.

My trek on the Annapurna circuit is one of the few trips I have done that did not seem ages ago by the time I landed back at Heathrow. The complete service provided by this tour company's team while in Nepal was great. I had been concerned that I may feel isolated as single trekker, but just me and my guide/porter worked fantastically. It was truly tailored to meet my needs. I attach a photo of the movie in Manang. Fabulous walking and touring holiday. Hotels were all decent to very good. Our tour leader, Cham, was excellent - very knowledgeable and always willing to do extra optional things. We were a small group and we wanted to do everything! The tour itinerary was excellent and we felt like we saw nearly everything that a tour only group would see in addition to all the walking in remote locations and seeing beautiful views and remote villages. Highly recommended!!!
