It was a fun tour put together. The name of this tour pretty much is what says, in which you see many different waterfalls and forest areas around the Ricon de la Vieja National Park, Monteverde, and Arenal volcano near La Fortuna. Many activities were arranged to which you see these waterfalls and forest environments such as horseback riding, nightwalk to see various animals insects and reptiles at night, hikes, and rappelling. When these activities were done usually by noon, you have the rest of the day to yourself to explore around other sites or to just relax at your hotel. I enjoyed the week I had in Costa Rica doing this tour, and I would recommend anyone who wants a bit of adventure and relaxation to go on this tour.

We just returned from the Costa Rica Eco-Adventure (2/1/2025-2/8/2025). This was our sixth Trafalgar trip. was a WONDERFUL tour guide. Very knowledgeable and personable. worked very hard; it was much appreciated! It was a great tour! A couple of things we noticed on this trip, that were different than previous Trafalgar trips . . . We prepaid our gratuities (as we always do). Usually, the tour guide talks about the ability to tip the guides and drivers, and thanks those who have already paid the gratuity. This didn't happen on this trip. We hope he received our prepaid gratuity! Also, on previous trips, it was noted if you had been a previous Trafalgar traveler. This did not happen on this trip. We are proud Trafalgar trip repeaters, which makes us some of your greatest advertisers. One suggestion we had: For our farewell dinner, we went to a restaurant where we could order off the menu. There were 42 of us. It took probably two hours to get our food. It would be better to limit the menu to a couple of appetizers, salads, main entrees and desserts, to make the evening not as long. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. We will be back to travel with Trafalgar again!

We recently went on a 4 night tour with the tour operator starting on Monday 6th May. We flew into Liberia. Our guide was named Pablo and our bus driver named Mr Campbell. Both of them were absolutely fantastic. Pablo immediately made us feel at ease and explained everything very thoroughly and was very understanding of a member of the tour group who was travel sick. The tour was very well organised and the bus was always on time and was driven very carefully, we saw many other tourist buses being driven much less cautiously! We thouroughly enjoyed our trip and Pablo and Mr Campbell really helped with this so please can you pass on our appreciation to them.

What a brilliant time we had on our recent visit to Peru. From the moment we met our guide at Lima airport the fun started. The itinerary was full on but it was never overwhelming. I contracted the tour to Peru with a travel agency in Mexico, so I cannot comment on prices. What I can comment on is the excellent service of Lima Tours. In all the tours they were punctual, dedicated and with very friendly and educated guides. We almost couldn't do the tour to the 7-color mountain because the day we had to do it, road closures were announced due to carrier blockades. The agency, through our guide MIGUEL ANGEL planned a "madruguete" (literal), they picked us up at 3 in the morning to avoid the blockades and be able to carry out the tour. I must mention that the visit to the mountain was the most anticipated of the entire trip for my wife, so it would have been frustrating if we hadn't made it. In addition, in Cusco I forgot some things at the hotel (including money) and Lima Tours, in coordination with the hotel, sent my forgotten objects to Lima. The Lima Tours agency is highly recommended.
