We loved the La Paz Waterfall Gardens and Sarapiqui River tour! La Paz is beyond beautiful with orchids, hummingbirds, frogs, toucans, scarlet macaws, parrots, coatis, sloths, ocelots, margays, and a jaguar. The gardens and waterfalls are exquisite. A wonderful buffet lunch was included.
Our trip down the Sarapiqui River in a covered boat was so much fun! We saw two caimans, iguanas, Anhingas, swallows, butterflies, and five troops of Mantled Howler monkeys.
Oscar and Armando, our guide and driver were so kind and taught us so much. We stopped at a lovely coffee finca to see the beans ripening, a sopa (local restaurant) in the mountains to take in spectacular waterfall and hummingbird views, we watched whitewater rafters, and sampled fresh pineapple at a farmstand.
Oscar and Armando treated us like family and made our first day in Costa Rica amazing!

My trip was wonderful -- I can't say enough good things about Mario and his team! I was travelling solo, and they worked with me to customize the itinerary to be exactly what I needed alongside a work trip I had right before. All of the guides and other staff members were very professional, kind, and prepared. Pickups were on time, and even mundane drives were filled with interesting information and good conversation.
Special shoutout to Alberto, who took me to Tortuguero and was so knowledgeable about wildlife (and whose keen eyes spotted some spider monkeys on the drive home, enabling us to stop and see them and some howler monkeys). A true highlight! But everyone was wonderful -- definitely recommend.

We came away from this trip with a much better understanding of not only Machu Picchu, but Incan culture and the history of the region. I was wowed by the beauty and scale of Argentina. Our tour leader Carolina could not do enough to look after us all and make sure we all had an enjoyable experience. The wine tours were interesting and varied, and the wine tasting great fun and of high quality. I would have liked a few more short walks included, but understand they would be hard to fit in as we were covering such distances.

It's the first time I've done a National Geographic tour and the accommodation was at the next level compared to classic tours.
Lunch on the salt flats was awesome, table, chairs, food and wine. Followed by sparkling cider for tea with snacks....G never fails to surprise me by taking it up the next level.
Izzy helped me out with my on line check in, as well as a few others in the group. He is definitely deserving of being a primary CEO
