We planned our epic trip to South America with Analia. She was excellent at listening, advising, tailoring, meeting expectations for our requirements to make this trip an amazing experience.
Joaquina then took over to support and guide us through the finer details of the trip, and whilst we were on our holiday. We had access to a WhatsApp support for any queries along the way, a 24 hour emergency WhatsApp number also.
The tours and guides were of all very good, with some guides standing out as excellent. We did find it a little annoying when on larger tours with multi lingual guides as we seemed to be in the minority. It felt like we weren't gaining from the same level of information as that delivered to the Spanish speaking!
However, overall, the service was seamless, caring, friendly and professional.
I would recommend the team without hesitation.

A fantastic cycling trip to the Lake District of Chile and Argentina. An expertly organized adventure, with fantastic bike rides and breathtaking scenery. I've seen impressive waterfalls and scenery before but this takes it to a whole new level. When you think you've seen it all you turn a corner and get a whole new perspective. The trip is incredible. The scenery varies every day and you'll ride on all possible terrains: sand, rock, gravel, tarmac and every day offers a lot of fun. The landscape of the Moon Valley in Chile is surreal and the Tatio geyser excursion is a stunning experience. Chile and Argentina are lovely countries; the areas visited still haven't been reached by mass tourism and you barely see any other tourists while travelling.

Diego, our Explore leader was excellent. He was very informative, went out of his way to make sure we had a good time and were kept safe. Christian and Raquel, who also joined us, as tour guides, were also very knowledgable, which they shared in a humorous manner. The highlights of the tour for me were the Iguazu Falls, Paraty and Ilha Grande.

The Peru and Bolivia trip was absolutely amazing! The Inca trail was a challenge but I am so glad I did it. The salt flats in Bolivia was beautiful this trip really had everything! Mountains, volcanoes, desert. Honestly the best Contiki I have been on. The included meals on the tour did not disappoint
