I enjoyed this holiday so much. The itinerary was very well balanced with a host of different activities and experiences. It was good to spend at least two nights in each location and have time to appreciate where we were staying. We have been on quite a few Exodus trips before, but this was one of the best. Some of the accommodation was very good indeed, notably the Martin House guest lodge in De Rust and the apartments in Hermanus.

This tour of South Africa was amazing, I definitely recommend. It wasn't too full on, there was time to relax, but still got to see so much. There are a lot of long drives, but we did cover a lot of South African Starting in Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth and ending in Cape Town. The 2 day Safari was brilliant. However it can get very cold on the Safari make sure you have plenty of layers on, I made the mistake of not wearing enough clothes and got very cold. Although seeing so many different animal's and birds was mesmerising. Zip lining in the rainforest was great fun, although an extra, I was so glad I did it. The whale watching was amazing lots of whales and we even saw the calf with its mother. This was also extra but definitely worth doing. The Penguins colony, also great. The views from the coach of the Garden Route were stunning. Cape Town Harbour is lovely so much going on and a great choices of food to choose from. I would recommend booking extra nights in Cape Town, there isn't enough time to see and do everything in Cape Town. Table Top Mountain was amazing I felt like I was in the clouds. Going to Robin Island for me it was a must do, seeing were Nelson Mandela was imprisoned and listening to a former political prisoner tell his story was very emotional. I would have loved to had 2 or 3vextra days in Cape Town Most of the hotels we stay in were beautiful. I loved this tour.

This 8-day Turkey tour takes you from bustling Istanbul to the Mediterranean at Kusadasi and then inland to the beautiful scenery of Cappadocia. The itinerary is designed to combine some of Turkey's classic highlights in a week's visit, balancing bustling cities, beautiful scenery, ancient ruins and modern Turkey. You'll stay in a mix of 4-star and boutique style properties along the way. Starting in Istanbul, the beating heart of Turkey and historically a vitally important connecting point between the continents of Europe and Asia, we visit the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Spice Bazaar, Hippodrome and take a cruise on the Bosphorus before flying south to the Mediterranean coast at Kusadasi. This brings us to picturesque landscape of Cappadocia where we visit the strange rock formations, cave chuches and 'fairy chimneys' in the Goreme valley and venture down into one of the labarynthine underground cities built by Christians centuries ago to hide from persecution. The tour then finishes with a drive (or optional flight) via Ankara back to Istanbul where extra nights are available to spend more time exploring the city.

It was a great trip with fantastic game viewing and knowledgeable guides. The accommodation was unique & comfortable, but Rhino lodge at Kosi bay was the poorest -the rooms etc were lovely but there was a decidedly run down aspect to the site and the dinning room service was notable lacking -2-3hr wait after ordering but the food when it came was fine -very understaffed and pushed, not helped by sharing facilities with an inebriated wedding group. Wernan the guide was competent, knowledgeable and did all he could to facilitate the experience -including re driving thro the mountains so we could see Gods Window etc as our first journey was thro thick fog etc with no visibility. Great trip, especially for the kids.

Great trip with good mixture of activities and wildlife. The weather was perfect for an August trip - warm during day, cooler at night, and fortunately only 10 minutes of rain in 2 weeks. Well looked after by our guide Bianca. Food was very good value. Expect some flexibility in the itinerary - we couldn’t sea kayak due to choppy sea but alternative hike was great. Highlights were climbing Table Mountain (2-3h strenuous hike), surfing lesson, optional Whale Watching boat trip, Addo Elephant National Park and optional Schotia Private Game Reserve drive on the morning of departure.
