Overall trip was good. Negatives were that the hotel in Rome was dated, no refrigerator. Front desk did not send requested help 2 of 3 times. Was difficult to get Ice as there was no Ice machine. Pillows were flat. The hotels were much better. We had 5 tour guides. Felipe and Antonio were great as was the local guide Genaro in Capri. WE liked that the drivers sold chilled bottled water for 1 euro on each bus.
The trip had an excellent structure to see a d things to do. I appreciate how the company helps improve people's lives at the same time tourists have an opportunity to spend time with them.

Kafu the guide made all the right choices. He was instrumental in moving things along. Fantastique group on the tour. When Kafu didn't know something he said so. His energy remained high throughout the trip. Lots of sights and sounds and tastes. It filled the mouth and the eyes and the ears and the nose. And, most important, it filled the head.
