The only recommendation I make is to reconsider Panorama hotel. It was poorly maintained, poor hygiene. Other than that the other properties, itineraries and food were great. The hotels and location was quite good....some optionals did not take off, due to want of numbers. In such case, it would have better if the agency can provide skip the line tickets and the ones interested do it on their own, without guide or transfers.....it was too late for us to purchase the entry to the royal palace in madrid and sagradia familia
