Our tour leader Emiliano did a very good job with us, my only complain was our overnight at the Ship hotel. Took a long walk carrying our luggage's and no elevator to bring us up inspite we were already tired. Food for breakfast is good enough and our free dinners may not be the best but it is alright.

We saw a lot of Sapin which was what we wanted. The itinerary was great. However, it was a bit rushed and a lot more walking then indicated. The coach was very nice, comfortable and well equipped, nice big window as long as you were not seated by a partition of the windows. The hotels were for the most part very nice. The hotel in Valencia was terrible.

I am genuinely amazed.Bus drivers were very careful, and the guides were extremely well-informed and fluent in English. Accommodating hotels that prioritize safety and cleanliness, accompanied by cooperative personnel. There are charging connections and WiFi on board! The tour was very hecticly scheduled Although 4 star hotels were sought however all hotels were not 4 star and not properly equipped Guide Ajit singh and Louis and Anna. interaction and tour management was very good however guide Esther was pathetic and she delayed departures at every destination due to poor management On questioning the Inordinate delays , Esther teamed up with other tour manager DAVID and threatened that we will not be allowed to board bus and delays have to be accepted As a customer if tour agency behaves in this manner despite of paying in lakhs for the tour it is pitiful Owing to poor tour management by some tour guides future opting of europomondo is not preferred The threatening shall be raised in all social Media forums also

I put 5 stars because of the experience but some hotels were alittle old that we stayed in with old beds which was alittle blaaaa... in seville was great at the catalonia and madrid the last day had a better room then the first day at the weare hotel..
