The Trip was very nice. All places which was visited were beautiful and very attractive. Guides were inconsistent.... Some were very good and took personal interest... Some also knew their history well.. A special mention of Julio Magyar.. He did an excellent job of giving us a backdrop... Mariano too... Hotels were not always upto standard especially innsbruck Allen the breakfast of which was very basic.. Too long bus rides.. Should have kept trains for the longer trips.. My legs were swollen... Guides shd be with us much more... Some disappeared..
Hotels in Rome and Frankfurt were lacking in provision of breakfast to group members. Hotel in Rome had a discriminatory layout of breakfast for Europamundo guests and their regular guests. That was insulting sort of experience. It also did not provide any tea/coffee material etc in room. Other hotels were excellent.
The guides, Leno, Abdul and Maria were absolutely fantastic. They made thing very easy and trip joyful. The local guide in Vatican city was too verbose and should cut down unnecessary explanations. Rest of the local guides were excellent. There should be provision for letting the guests come to hotel room late or early on their own from city transfers. As of now it gets difficult if the luggage is in the bus as guide can not take responsibility for that. So the guests are forced to travel with the buys. This can be resolved by placing identification stickers on the luggage pieces on day 1 of the tour. Overall, the trip was excellent and I will surely recommend Europamundo to friends and family. Thanks for all the lovely places you took me around.

We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.
Overall, my Europamundo experience and the 15-day Beautiful Europe tour was memorable. Accompanied and cared for by excellent tour guides, Gabriela, Maria Montserrat and Julio Magyar, the journey all over central and southern Europe made each day something to look forward to, despite the cold weather and occasional rains. In Innsbruck - very little time,,, Innsbruck nice place but fully waste bcoz of time consent.
They want to make a count that they taken to Innsbruck, in Innsbruck they didn’t given time they taken kitbhuel almost in sunset time nothing they to see,,, actual stay as per itnery was kitzbhuel , but the stay was at salaburg, so Innsbruck kitzbhuel totally waste ,, just fill the itnery ,,Upto Zürich bus was good, Zürich to Innsbruck bus was ok,, after Innsbruck bus not good .

This is a very fast paced tour but totally worth it. The drivers and tour guides are amazing They take their job very seriously and they treat everyone with respect. You will need to change bus drivers and guides every few days, depending on your itinerary but the ethics and professionalism of the staff Europamundo has is exceptional my family and I have no complaints. They were all wonderful and new what they were talking about. From our first days with Fernando and Monica to Gaby Mamma Mia and finally to Gildo, everyone of them made sure that we got the best experience on our trip.
