The jungle experience was brilliant. Being surrounded by so much nature and wildlife was a lot of fun. Everyone in Sauraha was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel I stayed at was lovely, with delicious food and a comfortable, spacious room with a great shower. I didn't enjoy seeing so many captive elephants as they looked really sad but I was given the option to not go on the elephant ride so I got an extra jeep safari experience which I enjoyed. I really loved the canoe experience too.

Upper mustang trekking is most mysterious and least famous trekking area of Nepal .This trekking offer amazing view of mountain and mountain desert along with hundreds natural caves. Mustang itself is a forbidden kingdom and restricted area for trekking so far. Mustang trek was officially open for trekkers just a couple of decades before. Mustang trekking is moderate trek exploring verities. It is fairly easy trekking along the permitted route to Lo-Manthang, which are lies in the heart of Mustang. Mustang trek is dry and very little rain during monsoon season, or most less rain then rest of Nepal. Trekking to upper mustang is similar in to trekking in Tibet. when you are there you feel like you are nearly in Tibet.
Mustang trekking is magical wall city kingdom it’s full of culture and religious heritage. Forbidden & isolated from the rest of the World it was able to its own distinctive culture and traditional which is so rich, unique and untouched by modern civilization. This was part of the Tibetan Kingdom of Gungthang until 1830's. Mustang has maintained its status as a separate principality until 1951. The king of Lo- Monthang still retains his title and he has been given the honorary rank of Colonel in the Nepalese Army. But things had changed since we got liberate of monarchy in Kathmandu. Join us on this 15-day, guided trek and explore some of the most breathtaking locations in the Annapurna region. Your journey starts from Kathmandu from where we will drive to Dharapani on the first day of this tour. Hit the trail from Dharapani to Phu Gaon, where you will spend a day acclimatizing.
Continue to Nar village via Nar Phedi. Cross your first mountain pass, the Kang La (5240m), on Day 8. The trail then descends to Manang, a popular trekking stop for those traveling through the famous Annapurna Circuit. From there, the trail takes you up through the Thorong La Pass and down to Jomsom, via Muktinath.
Catch a flight to Pokhara from Jomsom and drive back to Kathmandu, where your trip comes to an end.
I met Mr. Khum SUBEDI, Managing Director, in the taxi receiving me at my arrival at Kathmandu airport. We met again the next day and he proposed me a special trekking program adapted to my level of physical fitness, adding Muktinah to the Poon Hill usual program. The price was reasonable and he took news from me during the whole trip. Mr. SUBEDI is a nice guy and a real professional.
My guide, Raju KANDEL, was excellent. He was very helpful but not intrusive. He proposed an alternative plan to make the trip more interesting. The places we stayed were very well chosen. He even took good care of me when my legs were painful after going down too long
It was a pleasure to hike with him during the day and to share a beer in the evening. He was quite a friend.
I had a great time on this trek and Raj was an incredible guide with great communication throughout. His hospitality, and flexibility were incredibly welcomed and the trek was fairly challenging for one of the more 'moderate' hikes. Loved the experience and could not be happier!

Guide and Porter were excellent. Lodging exceeded expectations. Although the weather wasn't great, our experience is one that will stick with us for a lifetime.
