Altogether an excellent trip! Many highlights and rewarding experiences and few difficult parts. Our guides over there were very fine. Rich in local knowledge and exceptional at taking care of us each day in so many little and important ways. A few instances of ‘above and beyond’ when their help was beyond anything required. Culturally/historically an intense and loaded experience. Yet highly valued were opportunities to take a break from the schedule a few times. Air conditioned vehicles were so valued! Odd thing was the lodgings, which were generally excellent, had in common a shortage of fixtures to hang things in the bathrooms. Maybe a cultural thing. Walking on city streets challenging at times and maybe worth particular mention in the trip description/itinerary.
