There is no better way to see a country than to ride it. This average daily distance is ideal for anyone. Even the most unfit one in our group who struggled a little, (just a little), on day one, coped admirably overall. Book it, you will not be disappointed.
Our Vietnamese guide, Binh, was assisted by two Cambodian guides, one in Phenom Penh and one who was with us for the rest of the Cambodian trip. All were knowledgeable and passionate about their countries and attentive to us and our safety and to ensuring that we had a memorable experience. Binh, in particular, was was experienced and patient by repeating all the essential details that we needed to know. An excellent trip overall !
Cycling tour was very short on distances, I thought we could have done more each day without impacting on the itinerary of the visits to places of interest.
Some days I thought that the cycling was done just to fill in gaps
I have just finished the 12 day intro tour in Vietnam and this was such a good tour, I have had the best time and the group leader Connor was amazing and I cannot fault anything, he was super knowledgeable, personable and also a good laugh. I highly recommended intro, this is my 2nd tour and I am just about to start my next Cambodia tour with them too
Had an absolute blast on the tour, met so many great people and seen some unreal sights!! Dan and Catty are both legends and done everything they could to make sure everyone had the best time ever and really made our trip one to remember, thanks for everything guys ’–

This is my second time coming to Cambodia, and I thought I already knew everything about it but this trip taught me so much more. All the experiences I join were excellent, with the Phnom Penh cooking class being my favourite. Definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants to know more about Cambodia than just a classic experience.
Our guide, Rit, took this from a great experience to a brilliant one, he was a rock star and he alone would be enough for us to book another trip with you
Did this trip with my 20 year old son. Great father son bonding time experience. Would go back and do it again happily. You need to be pretty fit to get through the whole event. Definitely take factor 50 sun cream, gloves to keep your hands from burning, long sleeved tops and loose trousers to cycle in. It was 35 to 37 degrees when we went in early February. Guides were amazing, off road bicycles were great. The last two days in Cambodia were pretty arduous but the day cycling around Angkor Wat was an all time highlight of my life.
Feel the rush of the open road on the 'Cycle Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand' tour—a 13-day moderate cycling adventure from Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok. Designed for active explorers, this bicycle tour covers around 60 km a day through the Mekong Delta, past riverside villages, and into the heart of Angkor’s ancient temples. Stay at local homestays, enjoy authentic cuisine, and experience the camaraderie of small-group travel. With all meals, accommodation, and support included, you can focus on the ride and the scenery. What makes this trip special? The perfect blend of physical challenge, local culture, and iconic Southeast Asian sights experienced up close and personal.
