Great trip overall---however no pick up at the airport. Phoned the emergency number and they said to wait by Starbucks. However, no one came. So after a 4-hour wait, we took a private taxi that we paid for out of pocket. We wished to hear back from you and to be compensated for this unfortunate incident. We were stonewalled when our guide tried to get compensation from us from Europamundo. This was most disappointing. I believe we can come to a mutual settlement, especially since we have been loyal past customers. Thank you for your consideration.
