The tour was amazing overall. We did not find the itinerary rushed at all and felt like we had enough time at each attraction. Kriszte the tour leader was amazing and we enjoyed talking with her and her positive spirit and energy was a great plus. Our bus driver Josef was extremely skilled and we felt very safe. The itinerary was very well thought out and the drives through the alps are something you have to experience for yourself words will not describe the beauty of the journey. The itinerary changed for the Swiss Alps portion of the trip, due to hotel scheduling circumstances I believe, however the optional excursions that were put in place were more than sufficient. Mount Pilatus and a trip to Heididorf were substituted for Jungfraujoch as the itinerary was re-worked and they were both very enjoyable experiences. The Tyrolean folk evening was a lot of fun and the meal was very good. Overall, we found the itineraries, excursions, tour leader, bus driver, and experience with Expat

I was a single traveler looking to explore Europe on a budget and this tour provided the perfect opportunity to see all the key sites checking off 16 countries! (I went to Vatican and Andorra on my free days in those regions to add more countries). The Expat team was remarkable and I ended up meeting some great people from across the world. It was the perfect way to decide on which countries I will be going back to in the future. The tour is pretty long and you will spend a bit of tome on the coach but when you hit those destinations you go for it! I used the bus as rest between cities. If you've got 26 days to burn book it! Loved the whole experience- visited all the best countries in Europe, tasted wines, spirits and other European alcohol In cheapest prices. It’s not suitable for asians with dark skin and if you’re over 34 yrs old unless you have a thick skin to not give any reaction to the comments some people make as a joke- only because they are white and still young. Not sure what they are so proud about in those moments. Other than that I enjoyed my time with rest of them. The price was on discount- I had to add on some extra adventures which worth it. Honestly 24 days is finished so quickly. Recommend to all the people who like explore Europe more in less time in cheaper price. Great work contiki, I am on my second one now- in Thailand, this group of approx 30 people is much better than European escapades (just my personal experience).
