This tour was much better than Vibrant Europe mainly because the we had the one guide for the whole trip, less people, and the group dynamics in general was similar. There wasnt a whole group of one ethnicity like in Vibrant Europe with the Iranians and the guide (Nacho) was awesome.
However some of the hotels had no internet and had shitty customer service. They were in no way 4 stars hotel.
The Organisation and logistics were terrible in some places and the choice of hotels was pathetic Especially their breakfast

Our circuit chosen was genuine europe from rome to london.
These are the things that we did not like and i think you can consider improving:
1. Our vatican tour was very crowded, and i think we should be advised prior before we booked this excursion.
2. Since the weather is always unpredictable, the coaches/bus should be with umbrellas for the tourists. I think this is a small thing you can provide and it will mean a lot for us.
3. Our hotels in venice, our tour guide keep on repeating that it was his first time on this hotel, i think the guides should experience staying in a particular hotel before giving it to tourists. The place was too far and the road was too small, it can only fit one car. When we arrived on the hotel/villa there was no restaurant for us take our dinner. Then there was no hot water available. Then for breakfast, they were not ready. This can be avoided if the company should try it first rather letting the tourist experience it for the first time. Although our guide diego, handled our complaints very well.
4. Our hotel booking in Paris was chaos We were sent to the wrong hotel, then apparently we do not have the reservations there. We were supposed to be in a different hotel. The guide got confused with our hotels. So we have to go back to bus and wait for the 40 plus guest to be checked in before we can go to our hotel it took about an hour, then another 15-30 mins to our hotel. We havent had our dinner yet that time. The guide was not that good in handling it, we were not informed on what to do after he sent us back to the bus. Then the bus driver got mad because we did not go down the bus with our luggages, apparently, we should take down our luggages and the guide will go with us by taxi to our hotel.
Thanks we enjoyed our trip though, More power to your company

The unique selling point of this tour is its cross-continental adventure, blending the flavors of Morocco and Spain for a truly memorable getaway.
The tour has covered a lot of beautiful tourist destinations. It was very hectic but we were able to see most of the places that we have been dreaming to see. It’s always a very long day as you get up early to start the and you check in to your next hotel very late which we found very tiring as we didn’t have much time to rest. Most of the tour guides that we had were very good and very special mention to Mariano, Pilar and Mustafa. Accommodation were good but being summertime, air conditioning was a concern for us because they only turn the fan on not the cooling. The best hotel we stayed at was the Shangrila in Rome and the worst was Ibis. It was dirty?? The other place was Novotel St Denis. It’s newer but we found that the place we had for breakfast was like a place where they feed the homeless. They hardly refill as well. ?? Location of the hotel was not desirable either.
Hotels in Rome and Frankfurt were lacking in provision of breakfast to group members. Hotel in Rome had a discriminatory layout of breakfast for Europamundo guests and their regular guests. That was insulting sort of experience. It also did not provide any tea/coffee material etc in room. Other hotels were excellent.
The guides, Leno, Abdul and Maria were absolutely fantastic. They made thing very easy and trip joyful. The local guide in Vatican city was too verbose and should cut down unnecessary explanations. Rest of the local guides were excellent. There should be provision for letting the guests come to hotel room late or early on their own from city transfers. As of now it gets difficult if the luggage is in the bus as guide can not take responsibility for that. So the guests are forced to travel with the buys. This can be resolved by placing identification stickers on the luggage pieces on day 1 of the tour. Overall, the trip was excellent and I will surely recommend Europamundo to friends and family. Thanks for all the lovely places you took me around.

We begin our journey in Amman, Jordan, with an arrival transfer and free time before we explore the ancient Roman city of Jerash and Amman's key historical sites, including the Citadel and Roman Theatre, the following day. Day two also includes a local street food experience and an evening visit to the Wild Jordan Centre. Our journey then continues south along the scenic King's Highway, where we stop at the historical sites of Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Shobak Castle en route to Petra. We dedicate an entire day to discovering the magnificent Nabataean city of Petra, walking through the Siq to marvel at the Treasury and exploring other tombs and monuments, with options like Petra by Night or a cookery class available to us the previous evening.
Following Petra, our adventure takes us into the striking desert landscapes of Wadi Rum, where we stay overnight at a Bedouin camp, complete with a traditional meal and an included Jeep safari the next morning; optional activities like camel rides or hot air ballooning are also offered. We conclude the Jordanian segment of our trip with a journey to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth, where we have ample time to float in the hypersaline waters and experience the therapeutic mud, before we transfer to Amman airport on day six.
We then transition to Egypt with a flight from Amman to Cairo (note: this flight cost is not included). Upon arrival in Cairo, we begin our exploration with the iconic Giza Plateau, visiting the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx, followed by trips to the ancient capital Memphis and the Step Pyramid at Saqqara. An early flight takes us to Luxor, the ancient Thebes, where we explore the West Bank's treasures, including the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon, before boarding our 5-star Nile cruise ship. In the evening, we enjoy an illuminated tour of Luxor Temple. Our cruise continues with a visit to the vast Karnak Temple complex as we sail upstream towards Aswan, stopping at the well-preserved Temple of Edfu and the unique double temple of Kom Ombo along the way.
In Aswan, our highlights include an optional early morning excursion to the magnificent temples of Abu Simbel, taking a traditional Felucca sailboat ride on the Nile, visiting the relocated Philae Temple complex, and stopping at the Aswan High Dam. Afterwards, we fly back to Cairo for our guided tour of the world-renowned Egyptian Museum, home to Tutankhamun's treasures. Our final full day offers free time or an optional tour covering Coptic Cairo, the Citadel, and the Khan el-Khalili bazaar. We conclude our tour on day thirteen with free time in Cairo before our departure transfer to the airport.
Accommodation is in comfortable mid-range hotels in Jordan, Bedouin tents with proper beds in Wadi Rum, 5-star hotels in Cairo and a 5-star Nile cruise between Luxor and Aswan.

Was a good tour all things considered with the weather being so stormy. Hotels were great, breakfasts were super.
It would be better if the tour groups size was smaller and the buses were smaller and filled with only one language group.
One of the male guides told off colour jokes in Portuguese, not appropriate in mixed groups.
For the parts of the tour that were cancelled due to bad weather, we were not offered a small refund or other option to do.
Hotels should not be outside of the towns as food choices for supper were very limited at least 4 times.
Herin was to book an extra night in Madrid for us and did not. He quoted a much higher price than the hotel gave us.
