We walked the Camino Norte which was spectacular and challenging some days. Overall we were very satisfied with UTracks. Their accommodations were basically good, sometimes we were pleasantly surprised and sometimes they were less than we hoped. We would consider booking again with UTracks.

What a fabulous week we had walking in Andalucía, Spain in and around the National Park of Grazalema. Everything worked perfectly: from collection at the train station, great accommodation, transference of baggage and taxi collection between villages. Our hosts where helpful and the accommodation of an excellent standard. And then there was the walk - sublime! A diverse range of tracks through magnificent landscapes, over rocky mountains, across high plains, along paths lined with wild flowers taller than me, and beside rivers. As we were walking in June, there were no other walkers, so if you are planning to walk and socialise, pick a cooler time of year. Would do it all again in a heartbeat!

We had a spectacular trip. We did a self-guided trip in Piemonte and Tuscany/Umbria. The hotels were much nicer than we expected. Very comfortable and the owners/proprietors were so helpful. The transfer of luggage each day was seamless! The routes were generally well marked and the app was very good. We didn't need anything more than the app. Only got lost twice which I'd say is pretty good. The routes were a bit more challenging than we expected. We choose two hikes which were marked as 'Introductory - Moderate' which were tougher than we expected. So just pay attention to this. At home, we would consider ourselves quite capable of moderate+ trails, but the classification in Italy is a bit more demanding. Glad we wore hiking pants as we went through a lot of grasses so never had a concern about tics. Also were very happy we had hiking sticks with us. Invaluable on many of the trails. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a hiking trip. And absolutely no problem doing the self-guided version. Thank you!! Griffy and Marg

My itinerary was well planned and I think the experience was of good value for money. The variety of accommodations were welcoming and clean. I especially liked the GPX/GPS files on the daily routes. The communications were impeccable. My only request is that the trip package be provided a month prior to the start of the walk. I usually travel to the starting point about a week prior to the commencement of the walk to get over jet lag, etc.

Kudos to this tour operator and the staff members, but the lion’s share goes to Omar Gubernati, the managing director of the company. No words could describe and explain how incredibly and amazingly Omar is. He is superb in organizing our private tour in Malta and Sicily. He went beyond my expectations. He made all possible the things I requested. He tailored our tour with different tour guides and drivers everyday, who were all friendly and professionals in their respective chosen profession. I was really fortunate that I booked our trip with the agency. The places we visited were full of history, surrounded with centuries old buildings and fortified walls everywhere in Malta, the country seems the world’s oldest. Our day trip in Sicily is just a wink of an eye. We just drove around, like a hop on and hop off touring style. It should’ve been better if we stayed a day or two.
