The hotel in Barcelona, Frontair Congress, was a very bad hotel. Hotel staff were rude. The room was dirty. The hotel in Lyon, Campanille, was also dirty and small. The breakfast was bad. Basic spoon, fork and plate were not available. As for the guides, we were very happy with Abdel, Spain guide, and Diego Bueno, our Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lucerne guide. Both of them were empathetic on our needs. Their English was good. We understood them the entire time. Angeles, our guide in France, was nice but we barely understood her English. Over-all, we were very happy with the Novotel hotels we stayed in, both in Madrid and Paris.

I am a late riser so getting up early EVERY DAY was troubling... otherwise the trip was good. The guides may be asked to take the speed of walking to average level and not fast so that few of slow walkers were finding it difficult to cope up.

Tour outings were great. tour guides were really nice. locations were breathtaking at the time of year. August seems to be a holiday month for many countries, so thing were accessible at prompt times without standing on line. we go to see things at the times allotted and not stand in line to wait.

Hotels in Rome and Frankfurt were lacking in provision of breakfast to group members. Hotel in Rome had a discriminatory layout of breakfast for Europamundo guests and their regular guests. That was insulting sort of experience. It also did not provide any tea/coffee material etc in room. Other hotels were excellent. The guides, Leno, Abdul and Maria were absolutely fantastic. They made thing very easy and trip joyful. The local guide in Vatican city was too verbose and should cut down unnecessary explanations. Rest of the local guides were excellent. There should be provision for letting the guests come to hotel room late or early on their own from city transfers. As of now it gets difficult if the luggage is in the bus as guide can not take responsibility for that. So the guests are forced to travel with the buys. This can be resolved by placing identification stickers on the luggage pieces on day 1 of the tour. Overall, the trip was excellent and I will surely recommend Europamundo to friends and family. Thanks for all the lovely places you took me around.
