Your trip was wonderful and your tour guides had been helpful in answering our questions but your tour guides did not gives us more details/ history about each places we were going to visit and does not speak well in English in France.
All the Tour guides were good except for one lady guidewho accompanied us to venice and Florence. She was rude and inconsiderate and not passionate enough in her profession.
As the customer are from different countries it will be better to provide some basic amenities like kettle in hotel rooms.
A very well-organised tour from beginning to end. Breakfast at most places had plenty of choice, and having some lunches and dinners included was excellent and made everything so convenient. We really appreciated the little extras along the way — things like the horse ride around the city, free time to explore, and stops at local shops known for their regional produce all added something special to the experience.
The guides were incredibly informative and took great care of us, and by the end felt more like friends than guides. We made wonderful memories and would happily recommend this tour. A bit more information about the optional additional tours would have been helpful, as some were different than expected, and it would have been nice if tickets to certain sites, like the palaces in Sintra, were included.
Thoroughly enjoyed the service and facilities at Due Torri, the hiking, the help and the community . We paid Bookmundi more for our self guided tour than the travel expert advertises for this same trip. We would like an explanation or refund if possible.
My wife and I eally enjoyed the Historic trip across 5 countries. Our Europamundo guide from Bulgaria to Dubravnik, Ms Bilyana Shirokanska was a very caring guide. She made sure the oldest and the only English speaking couple were looked after well, that we undeestood everything and did not get lost.

Please inform tour guide to inform hotel reception on next day plan, most places they are, but we almost missed first day bus since there were no instructions on start time next day in Barcelona.
Good introductory tour to the Balkans. Need a bus-seat rotation plan to prevent some passengers from hogging the good seats. Choose buses that provide USB charging ports. Avoid less organised hotels where coffee and food runs out, such as in Hotel Marinela in SOFIA and Hotel Panorama in Veliko Tarnovo. Choose hotels that serve breakfast early, at least at 7:00AM, e.g. Panorama in Veliko Tarnovo serves breakfast only at 7:30AM and tour leaves at 8AM, not enough time. Choose hotels that provide express-laundry services as we do not have time to look for laundromats elsewhere. When arriving too early at a city to check-in at hotel, do not waste time unloading bags first, directly go on city tour then come back at check-in time. Maybe reduce a day from Bulgaria or Croatia and add at least a day more in Serbia, which is rich in history. If possible design a new tour to cover all Balkan states and add Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Albania.
