The tour was good in terms of exposure to Italy but Hotels in certain places were pathetic particularly in Florence and Genoa where the bus was stopped 1 km before the Hotel and we had to drag our luggage to the Hotel.
The group was divided into Spanish and English speaking and the Spanish group was put up in superior hotels compared to English speaking, with the tour guide Mr. Tony opting to stay with Spanish group.
Even the Upkeep of Hotels in Sienne and Genoa was very bad.
The trip was good. Just need to be considerate about the comfort of your clients on the hotels you choose to book them, somewhere that will make them more comfortable after a long day trip. Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. The rest of the trip was well organized, you have very good bus drivers. Just need to improve some your itineraries.
The tour included many nice stops. The tour guide was very young and inexperienced, however, he made the tour enjoyable. The stop at Elvas was awful. The town was vacant and nothing was open for dinner. We had to eat at the hotel but they weren’t prepared to feed the entire tour group. That was poor planning! The hotel was beautiful but my room overlooked what looked like a slum with barking dogs all night. My favorite spot was Peñíscola where I would have like to spend more time. Also would have liked more shopping time alotted. Otherwise the trip was very nice and I would recommend it.
Excellent We knew to expect wed be changing buses here there as that is how you keep your prices so reasonable for your itineraries. We had 3 transfers over 13 days all handled smoothly by the bus drivers moving luggage across Guides advising in advance exactly when/how this would occur so worked fine with us. The main thing was we got to experience every city as stated on our itinerary we didnt miss anything.
The Roma Hotel in Lisbon hotel staff Fernando Leite was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was the only person waiting for service on 11 Nov, and he did not serve me, and not even greeted me for about 10 min. When my wife Ann went to ask the other staff in the room, he loudly scolded my wife. Then Fernando claimed the room was not readyand later I find out that it has, and eventually the other staff in the room checked us in.
