My trip to Morocco was an unforgettable experience, filled with rich culture, warm hospitality, and incredible moments that I will cherish forever. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the medina in Fez. Wandering through its winding alleyways, surrounded by centuries-old craftsmanship, vibrant markets, and the hum of daily life, was like stepping into a living piece of history. Every turn revealed something new and awe-inspiring, making it an experience I’ll never forget.
Morocco’s culinary scene was another standout, with flavors as rich and diverse as the country itself. From aromatic spices to slow-cooked perfection, every meal was a delight—but if I had to choose a favorite, it would be the goat tagine. The depth of flavor and tender texture made it an absolute must-try!

The trip was well organized with some of the hotels on the trip being real gems especially the one in the agriturismo and the one in Monteriggioni. Enjoyed the tour however, our experience at the airport in Paris and Nice was not positive. We were dropped off at the wrong terminal. We had more than enough time to make our flight back to LAX but due to the lack of work ethic of the Air France personnel, we just made the flight. In addition to the incompetence of the Air France personnel, we also experienced airport personnel that were very rude and not helpful.

Very enjoyable holiday. A couple of long days of driving but they were well broken up and the stunning scenery was worth it. Excellent guide in Hassan, for whom it was his first time as an Explore leader. Please ensure he is employed again, he was lovely - helpful, informative and with a great eye for detail. Highlight is definitely the Bedouin camp, breakfast was amazing and the camel ride is not to be missed but the whole experience was unforgettable, it is a well put together tour.

The crew and tour leader were fantastic. There were many stops along the way for swimming. The history learned and walking through the many historic towns was illuminating.
The lower cabin is very very spacious and quiet.
Our trip to Egypt with World Expeditions was excellent. We had two guides, one for Cairo and one for the Nile and Aswan. Both had tertiary qualifications in Egyptian history and were passionate about it. It is an amazing country a nd a great, well run tour.

The hotels were great and well located. The hiking was challenging. The navigation worked well most of the time. Andros was a beautiful place and well worth visiting.
Recommend staying in Rafina the first night and taking the ferry the following morning. Otherwise it is a very long travel day.
Explore one of the most fascinating corners of the Dordogne on this varied and flexible, walking, cycling and canoeing holiday. The Perigord Noir, arguably one of the most attractive parts of the Dordogne, is named as such for its rich dark oak and chestnut forests which fill the very heart of this region. The area offers spectacular scenery with ancient chateaux perched high above the rugged cliffs overlooking the entire valley. You'll find mediaeval villages full of character and a plethora of historical sites including the Benedictine Abbaye Sainte-Marie in Souillac, founded during the 12th century and which suffered badly during the Hundred Years' War.
On foot, bike and by canoe, venture through the Perigord experiencing what this picturesque region has to offer. You have total flexibility with the choice of either walking or cycling routes when you're not canoeing. The canoeing is safe and undemanding, and we will give you a lesson in handling your canoe before you set off. Your journey starts in Rocamadour, a spectacular cliff-clinging town and home to one of France's most venerated sites, before moving on to Meyronne, on the banks of the Dordogne. From here you pick up your paddle, canoeing downstream to Souillac and on to Beynac with its hilltop castle, captured by Richard the Lionheart in 1179, finally arriving in medieval Sarlat.
Overall, the Conques to Cahors trip was fabulous with great accommodation and amazing hosts. However, there were a few little details that were not up to the same standard. Neither of us could get the navigation on the Guido app to work without constant errors and it was missing critical information, such as potable water fountains, cafes and supermarkets. I provided dietary information upon booking that I cannot eat pork, but was served pork for dinner on two occasions (not sure if that is just French hospitality or the information was not provided to the hosts). And our itinerary did not end up being as listed on the website, we had one day that was only 6.5kms and another day that was 28.5kms, which resulted in a very long day of walking.
