Its very good in all arrangements, punctuality, room accommodation, the guides etc. Very professional. Area of improvement: it will be appreciated if the trips are planned so that the stops in the city is close to facilities for senior citizens to sit down and relax, who are not capable or interested in shopping and strolling time. Having to wait for 3 to 4 hours during this time without getting a place to sit is tiring.

I loved seeing everything and hearing all the history. The tour guides were wonderful and knowledgeable. The food and hotels were great. Our tour guide Carlos played music for us on the bus according to which country we were in. He also was able to find a famous guitar players music and played it for a man who was on our trip. It was wonderful music and the musician was great. I would and do recommend it to all my friends.
