The tour was excellent Our tour guides in Morroco, Sevilla and Portugal met all of our expectations particularly Hamid from Marruecos along with our Conductor. The only recommendation I make is to reconsider Panorama hotel. It was poorly maintained, poor hygiene. Other than that the other properties, itineraries and food were great. The hotel in Barcelona, Frontair Congress, was a very bad hotel. Hotel staff were rude. The room was dirty. The hotel in Lyon, Campanille, was also dirty and small. The breakfast was bad. Basic spoon, fork and plate were not available. As for the guides, we were very happy with Abdel, Spain guide, and Diego Bueno, our Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lucerne guide. Both of them were empathetic on our needs. Their English was good. We understood them the entire time. Angeles, our guide in France, was nice but we barely understood her English. Over-all, we were very happy with the Novotel hotels we stayed in, both in Madrid and Paris.

This tour was much better than Vibrant Europe mainly because the we had the one guide for the whole trip, less people, and the group dynamics in general was similar. There wasnt a whole group of one ethnicity like in Vibrant Europe with the Iranians and the guide (Nacho) was awesome. However some of the hotels had no internet and had shitty customer service. They were in no way 4 stars hotel. The Organisation and logistics were terrible in some places and the choice of hotels was pathetic Especially their breakfast

I followed the instructions regarding labeling my luggage precisely but even so my bag still didn’t show up on the first day. Travel light should be stressed as many hotels involve hauling your bag up many flights of stairs. Lifts are rare. Meals were mostly excellent.
