Liked our hotel, it's location, the tours, the guides....it would have been nice to have had dinners included on the arrival nights. Overall, I thought the company did a good job of looking after us.

Our family of 5 adults recently went to Italy on a 9 day trip to Venice, Rome and Sorrento(Amalfi Coast) with private tours, fast train travel, door to door drivers, and great accommodations; which was all set up by Michael.
Michael was very responsive to my communications, very helpful with trip suggestions to make the trip better, and just overall a great travel planner! I was nervous at first, because I have never completely booked a vacation online without ever meeting the travel planner, but it all worked out great!
We were completely happy with everything about our trip, and will definitely reach out to Michael again when we travel to Italy! There were a couple of small issues that arose over the duration of the trip, but they were handled quickly and without further problem to us. So all was good.
Our private tour guides in Rome, Ornella; and Roberta in Pompeii were incredible. Our Venice tour guide, Cynthia, was awesome too, she did a great job! We did a full day 8 hr tour in Rome of the Colosseum and Vatican, and I would recommend splitting that to two half days if you have the time. It was awesome, but a bit much for one day!! Also, we had a full day Amalfi Coast tour by van, with great driver Antonio, which was supposed to go to Positano, Amalfi, & Ravello, but because the traffic is so bad on the roads, there wasn't time to make it to Ravello. So, I recommend either going by boat, which we hear is faster, or allow more time if you want to see all three villages.

Our tour guide, Youssef, made our trip truly exceptional with his exceptional level of care and assistance. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our well-being throughout our entire journey. When we encountered health issues during our stay, Youssef was there to support us and make sure we received the necessary care. His attentiveness and kindness were truly remarkable, and we cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service.
Apart from the outstanding support from Youssef, the tour itself was an absolute blast. The activities were meticulously planned and provided us with loads of fun and excitement. From exploring beautiful landmarks to engaging in thrilling adventures, every moment was filled with joy and exhilaration. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of organization and attention to detail.
Additionally, our accommodations exceeded our expectations. We were delighted by the quality and comfort of the accommodations provided. It added an extra touch of luxury and relaxation to our trip, allowing us to unwind and recharge after each exciting day of exploration.
Overall, we highly recommend this tour with a perfect 10/10 rating. Captain Zoran and his responsible crew gave our group of 12 the most amazing trip of a lifetime! We had to reschedule due to Covid and Zoran honored everything from the original trip and went above and beyond to make this anticipated experience a high-end luxury vacation on Korcula Island in June 2022...from the Soul Sisters Villa, the daily island excursions on the yachts, the buggy tour of Korcula, along with the awesome food and transportation...it was all seamless due to the coordination of Captain Zoran and all of his local contacts in the community! Roko, along with the rest of the crew members, became a part of our extended family. We had high expectations going into the trip and they were pleasantly exceeded in all aspects...including personal communication from Captain Zoran each day about our unforgettable daily adventures.
