The tour was very hecticly scheduled
Although 4 star hotels were sought however all hotels were not 4 star and not properly equipped
Guide Ajit singh and Louis and Anna. interaction and tour management was very good however guide Esther was pathetic and she delayed departures at every destination due to poor management
On questioning the Inordinate delays , Esther teamed up with other tour manager DAVID and threatened that we will not be allowed to board bus and delays have to be accepted
As a customer if tour agency behaves in this manner despite of paying in lakhs for the tour it is pitiful
Owing to poor tour management by some tour guides future opting of europomondo is not preferred
The threatening shall be raised in all social

I liked this tour because of how indepth it was and the amount of historical sites we visited. The bus tour guides where very informatative about each place we visited and where very well organised, also i also liked the amount of local tour guides that where used.

First of all, Europamundo has the best tour guides. They are super nice and knowledgeable. Some have difficulty speaking in English but it still works out. I also liked how we were able to visit many places but we felt like it was quite rushed. Our Switzerland itinerary was a bit of a waste as well since we used up the entire morning to try to get to ride the cable car but in the end it was replaced by waterfalls which I think is too different in terms of price and experience so that was disappointing.

I liked the ability to customize the trip, rather than be stick with a stiff schedule/route. This flexibility allowed for me to choose exactly which cities we wanted to see. The Roma Hotel in Lisbon hotel staff Fernando Leite was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was the only person waiting for service on 11 Nov, and he did not serve me, and not even greeted me for about 10 min. When my wife Ann went to ask the other staff in the room, he loudly scolded my wife. Then Fernando claimed the room was not readyand later I find out that it has, and eventually the other staff in the room checked us in.
I thoroughly enjoyed my journey from Madrid, through Portugal, and into Morocco, including the desert extension. The group leaders were fantastic, and the itinerary was thoughtfully organized. The local guides were outstanding, and the accommodations were comfortable, adding to the overall experience.
