The trip was a blast. But Bruna (our CEO) made it that way. She fit right in to the group and was such a unifying factor for all of us. I'll miss everybody from the group, but not nearly as much as I'll miss Bruna.

Overall it was a great vacation. The tour leader (Matt) was professional, knowledgeable and funny. The coach driver (Alex) was great too. They worked well together and gave a constant calm feeling to our group. Our leaders had a few obstacles to overcome and they handled them without us ever needed to worry. A few suggestions from Matt made our trip even better. We ate with different people each night, we rotated seats and made friends for a life time. Life changing experience.

Tour guides , George, Gabby , Raid and Mario super tour guides , helpful, professional , listened and knowledgeable.
What needs to be fixed , the clients who disrespect others who turn up on time . Rudeness to our tour guides . Had it happen on Raid tour , a group of 5 Indians were always later , so rude to Raid . To the point where 6 of us all said something to them . You need to make it very clear on them booking , they have to be on time . Otherwise it disadvantages then other visitors/clients . Dont like to see tour leaders having clients being rude to them . Its so disrespectful . All of thr tour leaders were highly professional.
Overall I am very happy with my tour , 5 stars.
Our trip was superved, seamless and very enjoyable. Met a lot of people with different nationalities and most our tour guides and managers were knowlegable, accomodating, friendly and understanding.

For improvement:
There are parts of Panoramic tour that time is very limited and impossible to meet the given time esp in London, they given us only 10 mins, including walking to the tourist destinations. Highlights in London are missing especially changing guards, English tea time that results for more free time and nothing to do in a very cold street. Should provide alternative activities, or they ask the travelers if they want to go back to the hotel to rest instead of extension of free tiem but nothing to do since almost all establishment are closed because of holidays. Same in Munich Germany, BMW museum was closed last new year. Europamundo must anticipated this scenario since holiday is fixed and they should know already that it was close so they can move other activities. This is very essential for us since this is considered as highlights in our itinerary.
