Ive done 3 trips with intro and loved them all, but my most recent one with Jabs and Sophie in Vietnam was especially memorable. The trip was very well organised and we covered a lot of sight seeing, activities etc. Jabs and Sophie were always full of energy and happy to help with anything and everything. I would 100% recommend intro tours if you enjoy travelling!
Honestly, Thai food is a bit spicy for us, but I really have to admit that their cuisine is very diverse and rich. I was pleasant with the good service provided by this tour company. From the moment we arrived in Bangkok, our guide greeted us with warmth and a detailed overview of what to expect. Well-planned itinerary, well-chosen accommodations and wonderful landscapes. Vietnam with intro was such an incredible experience thanks to our fantastic leader Michelle! Honourable mention to Jas and Tim as leaders-in-training who will be amazing. The whole trip was so enjoyable and engaging, and I genuinely cant remember the last time I had that much fun. Michelle was amazing in any scenario thrown her way, and nothing was ever too big of an issue to solve! I consistently felt so safe and reassured with the team. From cultural experiences of war tunnels and walking tours to incredible boat rides and fun nights out this has been one of the best holidays of my life. I would absolutely recommend to anyone solo travelling because you will meet such amazing people along the way. I wish I could do it all over again!

What more we can say... First time in Vietnam, and the whole experience was incredible. Vietnam was gorgeous in many aspects from nature to people. I was totally amazed by the spectacular view of the caves in Ninh Binh and Halong Bay, while my parents liked the Hue countryside tour. Vietnamese cuisine was excellent, from local street food to seafood buffets. We tried egg coffee, and it was so good, you must try it when traveling to Hanoi. We bought lots of souvenirs for our friends. We bought conical hats in the village, which was making them for a very long time, and we even saw the entire process of making them. We also recommend you to look at the products with mother-of-pearl decorations, you will be pleasantly surprised with the price for it. Thank you, travel specialist for making my visit memorable.

I really enjoyed the tours and the activities that were offered as well as the opportunity to meet some amazing people (both guests and group leaders) from all walks of life and around the world. In short, this experience was life-altering and has shaped my cultural understanding of Thailand and Vietnam as a whole.

The tour starts in Luang Prabang, where we’ll meet before setting off on Route 13 through the highlands and breathtaking scenery to Phonsavanh, where we’ll visit the Plain of Jars, explore authentic local markets, see numerous traditional Hmong and Khmu hill-tribe villages and tour the MAG visitor center. We'll make our way to the magnificent Kong Lor cave where we'll take a tiny boat and follow the river through the 8-kilometer cave through the mountain, before continuing on to Vientiane Capital.
