What an amazing experience!! We worked with the tour agent for over a year to plan our vacation and it couldn’t have turned out more perfect! Tracey listened to all over our hopes and interests, and delivered an itinerary that ended up being a dream vacation! We spent 2 weeks exploring Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand with our family of 5 and the guides we had in each city were
wonderful, knowledgeable, and felt like our friends just showing us around their country. We will absolutely go through them again when we find time to explore more of Asia!
What a great holiday, wonderful tour guide (Pheap). Visited different parts of Cambodia, much of which seemed to still be unspoilt by tourism. From the deserted beaches of the south west to the traumatic tales of Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge and then the magnificent temples of Angkor Wat and surroundings. The overwhelming memory will however be the Cambodian people, so friendly, smiling and welcoming.
For my first time with a group tour I feel I really lucked out. The trip was packed with fun moments inspiring moments and , impactful learning moments. The trip of a lifetime. Our trip to Thailand with National Geographic / G Adventures was an unforgettable, amazing trip. Our itinerary afforded us unique experiences to connect with local people and culture. Our CEO treated us like family and made each activity more meaningful and more fun.
Journeys: Iconic Thailand was a fabulous experience!!! We had the most wonderful tour guide (shout out to Natthanan Chai Yenklom--the very best!!!!) who looked after every detail and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable for each person on the trip. I loved the varied activities--the home visit and cooking class in Chiang Mai; Ko Klang Island and Hong Island in Southern Thailand; and the amazing temples in Bangkok were particular highlights for me on the trip. I would do another National Geographic Journeys/G Adventures tour in the future!
This was an outstanding experience and we greatly enjoyed our time in Vietnam with Rocky as our guide. We'd recommend this tour to our friends and family.
