Peter Helmy, our tour leader, was insightful. The temples and other sites we visited were all stunning but Peter succinctly summed up the history of the places and made us appreciate it even more. Great itinerary. I saw what I wanted to see. A bit hectic for a few days, waking up very early to catch a flight to Aswan then wake up early again to drive to Abu Simbel. But has a morning rest on the 3rd day and then 2 days rest in Hurghada. It was too cold to do much water activities. Hurghada accomodation is great with free drinks. Really enjoyed the tour with great group and tour guides.
