This 15-day trip in Vietnam is surprisingly good! Even though I did a lot of research and watched a ton of videos about the places we were going to visit, Vietnam is still breathtakingly stunning. The trip was very well organised and we covered a lot of sight seeing, activities etc. Jabs and Sophie were always full of energy and happy to help with anything and everything. Vietnamese foods are very different from North to South. This short cooking class in Hoi An will give you some ideas of simple, delicious recipes that can be prepared easily at home.
ITINERARY
Picked-up by our driver at your hotel and transfer to the cooking class. Together with a cook assistant we will have an opportunity to visit Hoian’s colorful market and enjoy amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy area and intermingle with the local sellers to buy some ingredients used for the cooking class. Later the cook will present to us how to prepare some Hoian well-known dishes. After cooking, we will eventually have a dinner with local delicious foods, of which some have been prepared by ourselves.

Vietnam with intro was such an incredible experience thanks to our fantastic leader Michelle! Honourable mention to Jas and Tim as leaders-in-training who will be amazing. The whole trip was so enjoyable and engaging, and I genuinely cant remember the last time I had that much fun. Michelle was amazing in any scenario thrown her way, and nothing was ever too big of an issue to solve! I consistently felt so safe and reassured with the team. From cultural experiences of war tunnels and walking tours to incredible boat rides and fun nights out this has been one of the best holidays of my life. I would absolutely recommend to anyone solo travelling because you will meet such amazing people along the way. I wish I could do it all over again!
