Top class hotels. Only the Christchurch hotel did not have a freezer section in the fridge - which meant the ice packs for my insulin could not be frozen.
The staff in all the hotels were excellent and professional.
The meals were well presented and tasty. The rooms presented beautifully. Interesting views too.

Tour guide was fantastic and knowledgeable on everything from the history of where we were, to places to eat, to myths, legends and local stories.
