Area of improvement: it will be appreciated if the trips are planned so that the stops in the city is close to facilities for senior citizens to sit down and relax, who are not capable or interested in shopping and strolling time. However, after my 21-day adventure - Europe : East to West from Lisbon - Prague, with my wife and 12 other friends, from 14.3.24 to 3.4.24, I am so glad that I decided on Europamundo. The daily itinerary was compact, interesting and meaningful. The travel buses were comfortable. The hotels were above expectations. Most of the Guides were very informative, systematic , courteous and helpful, though there were a few mechanical, robotic ones as well. In a personal note, tour guides should have an etiquette list to share with the passengers. For example common things like stop talking when the tour guide is giving instructions. If there is a family together dont cut them in the lines to het in/out of the bus, be on time for department, be kind with other passengers when reclining your chairs, etc. These may seem common sense but sharing this will help everyone be aligned and make the experience great for everyone.

Loved the whole experience- visited all the best countries in Europe, tasted wines, spirits and other European alcohol In cheapest prices. It’s not suitable for asians with dark skin and if you’re over 34 yrs old unless you have a thick skin to not give any reaction to the comments some people make as a joke- only because they are white and still young. Not sure what they are so proud about in those moments. Other than that I enjoyed my time with rest of them. The price was on discount- I had to add on some extra adventures which worth it. Honestly 24 days is finished so quickly. Recommend to all the people who like explore Europe more in less time in cheaper price. Great work contiki, I am on my second one now- in Thailand, this group of approx 30 people is much better than European escapades (just my personal experience).

We got 2 black points in this tour 1. The punctuality was not exactly the strong point, the situation was more in Paris with a group of Indu, every si god day morning and afternoon, we were late 30 minutes other day 1 hour, the rest of the group have to wait and we missed time to visit other things only because we have to wait for them. I think the guy was not enough strong with them. 2. The minibus used to bring us from Zurich to Milan and from Milan to Pisa, it was very very uncomfortable, we did not fix in the chair, it was the worst transportation, imagine how was the situation that me and my group decided no continue the tour because we dont want to travel another 6 hours to Roma in that minicar. I never received the information that we were traveling in a very small and bad car.
