All the Tour guides were good except for one lady guidewho accompanied us to venice and Florence. She was rude and inconsiderate and not passionate enough in her profession.
As the customer are from different countries it will be better to provide some basic amenities like kettle in hotel rooms.
The trip was good but a few things need to be addressed - the hotels were not very good - wallpapers were peeling, carpets were very dirty and torn and the breakfast was not good. The bus rivers were great but the seats were too close to each other - my tall sons did not have enough legroom. The guides were wonderful and helpful Next time we would like to not be put together with another group that speaks a different language.
Very good itenerary. However, Jthat Indus would subcontract out the tour in Italy to Europamondo we would definitely not have booked this tour. While the itinerary was perfect it was incredibly annoying to have 2 tour guides giving the same explanations of the different locations we were visiting on the bus rides in 2 languages so Europamondo can save money One speaking in English and one repeating the same explanation in Spanish. We had to listen to this for 14 days At times what seemed as long as 15 to 20 minutes each speech. We personally, were actually asked to keep our voices down during the Spanish explanations yet the Spanish speaking people who complained behind us would talk during the English explanations.

Just so you know we are retired and travel internationally extensively on tours every month. We have never had this bilingual experience from any other tour company trafalgar, friendly planet, gate1, Fleetway, Tauck, etc. We are not inexperienced travelers.
We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.

This is a very fast paced tour but totally worth it. The drivers and tour guides are amazing They take their job very seriously and they treat everyone with respect. You will need to change bus drivers and guides every few days, depending on your itinerary but the ethics and professionalism of the staff Europamundo has is exceptional my family and I have no complaints. They were all wonderful and new what they were talking about. From our first days with Fernando and Monica to Gaby Mamma Mia and finally to Gildo, everyone of them made sure that we got the best experience on our trip.
