Very friendly welcome, thorough briefing for all the activities. Roomy tents at base camp on Tavewa Island. Bubbly and pre-dinner snacks at sunset on the beach! The "kokoda" was 1st class!
All the kayaking equipment was in top condition including all the safety gear. Never felt rushed. Lovely stay at Tavutoa village with local dance and singing performers finishing with good kava.
Smiles wherever we went. Great snorkelling spots as well. Tasty and plentyful food always.

During July 2019 I visited the Maldives as a solo traveler. The Island Hopper tour was perfect for my intent to experience the real flavor/culture/people of the country and not the artificial environment of resorts. I arrived and was met by Shaffaf who was the perfect guide/host to hotels, ferries, experiences across 5 islands. I love Maldive island life--even more so after the busy arrival city of Male. I especially love the FREEDOM to set my own itinerary on each island after local representatives warmly welcomed me at each island ferry and presented the options of their island. Diving, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, visiting the homes of locals, beach time and just sharing hours of lazy conversation with the locals was priceless. After returning to the USA, my heart is still in The Maldives!!

This was an amazing holiday, a trip of a lifetime, a real assault on the senses in every way. I have been very lucky and have travelled a lot and been to many different countries and experienced lots of different cultures and this has got to be the most fantastic holiday and experience of them all. I came for the salt flats but got to discover that Bolivia has so much more to offer with its culture, history, and different terrains. I appreciated being able to see both the cities and nature. It was special to witness a culture so connected to the land and Indigenous people. The CEO was exceptional: approachable, communicative, kind, informative, organized, attentive and passionate.
